I love these progression videos, they are so inspiring, thanks to these videos I always got the motivation to learn Windmill and flare, and I did it, now comes the big step air flare, a huge barrier in terms of difficulty if you compare it to flare or windmill.

I wanted to get into around 18 but never committed and now I'm 28. I've been into lifting all of those years so I think already being lean, strong and muscular will help me a lot with learning powermoves. You've inspired me my man keep it up! Also classic track!

I know this is a very old video, but I just wanted to say you could get airflare a lot faster if you practiced more vertical and controlled version. Doing walkover drills from handstand position, gradually lowering your hips/pelvis with time. I see you practiced from day 1 the most hard-mode and lowest possible airflare, trying to get horizontal spin, which is requiring insane swing and momentum just to keep going. Just a good tip for anyone watching this now - start learning high airflare first! This builds strength, control and neural adaptation and much easier to combo with.
