Hi there, thank you for the comment, of course you can replace the sugar with some agave or if you need it to be Zero glicemic index you can use some xylitol that is issued from trees. also organic but use only 60% of the amount you would normally add if it was classic sugar as it is stronger. see you around 👌🏻👀 Pierre

Good stuff chef. I have loved Greek salad since I was a young girl travelling in Greece and Crete a very long time ago. I now make a family version that includes orzo and lemon and oregano grilled chicken breast.
Kalimera & efkaristo poli , Crete is beautiful, one of my favorite restaurant was Hippocampus sea food restaurant in Heraklion, must have been there for a 100 years. Simple fresh and cooked with love. One day I was on a flight transfer at the airport (2 hours to wait) it was lunch time so I still managed to grab a taxi and sneak out for a memorable meal, nearly missed the next flight but temptation was to high..... Thank you, I know what you mean... Chicken souvlakis and greek salad... what else...

Dude, I rarely, if ever, comment on UA-cam videos, but I had to share my thoughts! I'm so glad I found out your channel! I thought UA-cam suggested your video because you were already established, and imagine my surprise when I found out only now you are starting out! Thank you for this video and thank you for this recipe! I hope you keep posting videos and you get the recognition you deserve! Great explanation process, great video quality, and you make it really easy for beginners to follow with the instructions! I would only fix that description because it is a bit odd. One question for you, Chef. Any other raw fish subtitutes for Tuna? Where I live is hard to find reliable raw tuna, so I was wondering if the process (and taste) would work with another fish. The channel is intended to deliver an easy look at cooking with minimum appliance, balancing clear flavors & doable approach. You could use also : Salmon, king fish, sea bass, cooked crab meat, and you should try that dressing on raw scallops, like a carpaccio..... Thanks to you and hope you try that dressing out.. Thank you for your comment, please only use extra fresh tuna from a supplier you can trust and always ask for "Sushi Grade Tuna". Good luck for the making, see you soon.😋
As raw salmon sends me to the hospital for a week, I cannot trust that tuna will not do the same. Is it possible to do the same recipe with cooked tuna
Hey Gary, thank you for your comment, yes you could marinate the tuna as shown in the recipe and then give it a quick steam or bake it fast on a tray, just don't get it to dry , otherwise it will taste terrible. and once it's "cooked" add some more dressing, please don't expect the same look... or taste... greetings and bon appétit Gary...👌🏻
