Wow! What a wild (and stressful) experience. I'm glad you found the reason for the crash and proved it wasn't your fault. I agree: unexpected things like this happen, and it can be super stressful when you're suddenly responsible for something you didn't cause. We've had a few similar experiences, and it can be a whirlwind figuring it all out! We always document the place when arriving to try and have "evidence" in our corner in case anything happens!
