Railway engineers in Europe in awe about the safety regulations here. No hard hats, no high vis jackets, no safety shoes, there are people running around in flip flops. Let's forget about there actually being machinery available in the market that can actually do the heavy lifting safely. Indian railways is not poor, but the disregard for safety for the workers working hard is mind boggling. Informative video no doubt. Only if the Babus view it and acknowledge the working conditions.
