Thanks for the video. It took me a while to circle back. Pretty basic but good advise. I have my investments across various tax advantage accts and only debt is a small bit of student loans at less than 4%.

I firmly believe $100k the new standard salary 2025-2035 for average Joe.... So the Tech jobs makes $1,000,000 million every 10 years or $3 million over a lifetime..... If you can save/invest $300,000 + compound interest ... you'll be fine in 2055 retirement years... Not to mention Google/ Facebook/Netflix make $300k...per year.... Thank You,Doc!

Wow, people need to learn about income funds. You can hit $2k/month off of $100k of investing with a little effort. You can invest in all of that boring safe investments after you get your cash flow flowing. I'm about to retire at 42 next year off of $500k, but I have two homes, a truck, & RV all paid for, and no credit card debt. One property is in SE Asia.

Wow, first to leave a comment. First let me say kudos to you. I wish more black people would speak on investing and retirement. As for myself, I'm 42 and just passed the quarter million line as far as savings and retirement goals. They say it's good to have a number that you'll be prepared to retire at and for me that number is $2.5 million so I can get $100k per year (using the 4% rule). Then social security will just be icing on the cake because it's not going to be fully funded anymore by the time I retire.

An individual making 60k is not below the median household income of 75k. Household income represents two combined incomes. Therefore, someone making 60k by themselves is doing better than most

Their competition is Intel and AMD. Nvidia is just the best at the moment. Those are pretty big players and they both make solid GPUs

I'm in tech and it seems like the only high paying jobs paying 100k+ are in a place like NYC, LA or Seattle and we know the rent in those places are crazy. Seems like no one will ever be financially well off, or me at least.

I make $28 an hour, live alone, and have no car payment or credit card debt. I make $3,600 after taxes. My mortgage is $1,550 with an additional $253 for HOA dues. I make it fine on what I make and have no complaints.
