In regards to those campers there are a groups of folks going down there. That look for open area isolated not fence lots then they move in one by one. Then they want to claim electrical & water services for their land via fake documents & deeds; payoffs. Thats how they operate who knows if those campers where the same one that got kicked out from protected reserved land. That was bulldozed flat & not even the mayor was not aware or lie that the campers where or not legally on that site. Is like back then in the 60’s the government gave families a lot to build a home. But what we see today on that freebie lot. There are other homes built without updated deed or permits for the build. So if FEMA after Maria visited those properties & check the original deed & there are multiple properties built with no updated prop deed to include the other two properties they just going to walk away. So that’s why there are no claims by families cause they know is going to cost them $$$.So since is not going to benefit them they rather let the government to take over via eyesore excuse of the property then sell the lot.
