Jax Sux. Been working on the same massive intersection at I-95 @ I-275 for over eight years and it gets worse as far as traffic flow thru there instead of better. Stay away from Lem Turner Blvd. area after dark. And good luck merging to another lane….you can put your blinker on and Jax a$$holes won’t let you in good luck with that. Affordability in homes simply means at night you will hear gunshots. Jax sux.

I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 55 years against my better judgement due to my family being military. It has sucked here since the 1970s. It’s dirty, rundown, racially tense, daily shootings, beaches are dirty & dangerous at night, San Marco floods every rain & is surrounded by low income apartments & hospital med center traffic. Rent is skyrocketing, Arlington is predominantly low income w/ lots of drugs & frequent shootings.

$350k doesn’t get you much these days. These homes are new but they’re stacked on top of each other, built cheaply and in the middle of nowhere

I am from New Jersey and lived in Jacksonville for 4 yrs. Lived in Bartram Park neighborhood and temporarily moved back to NJ. I am surprised this neighborhood was not mentioned. It is exceptional and affordable. I frequented the Towne Center, Mandarin, Orange Park, Julington Creek, St. Augustine, etc., all are in very close proximity to Bartram Park, which is right on the border of St. John's County. I would not sleep on Bartram Park. Absolutely loved it there and would move back in a heartbeat.

We are seriously thinking of moving to jacksonville from the UK just don't know ow where to start. Maybe you could dm me some thoughts please.

We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

Basic homes. No wow factors. Bit overpriced on home price, HOA & CDD. Homes have small lots for St Johns area. Also were dark interiors.

Here for the summer, liking it so far! Seems to be a great mix of city and suburb with a large area to explore and a tropical feel. Coming from central NC, I think this may be where I end up for the foreseeable future! To be determined!

Just got back from JAX. Amazing roads without the pot holes like SoCal. Noticed prices are about 1/3 less, too.

please sit on your hands while speaking. You're not playing drums. And btw, DR Horton is one of the most sued builders. Horrible reputation. Your knowlege of areas is lacking. Also every home you presented was in HOA communities. Many buyers are wanting to stay away from these, so listing communities or homes not in HOAs.

Del Web 55 gated community with every thing Nocatee has except the crazy traffic. Pickle ball, big pool, super fitness center, tennis, bocce ball, food trucks, super friendly neighbors. It is like living in Mayberry, with Andy Griffen as you next door neighbor.
