Its so hard for me to translate my mother language to english

1 A simple question how long it took you to start thinking in English. 2 How are you going to think in English if you haven't learned it? 3 No one thinks about a language without first knowing how to speak it fluently. 4 Speaking a non-native language requires a solid foundation of knowledge so you can speak without having to think. 5 Knowledge of general subjects demands a lot of study and solid resilience. Hi there i need your help really .10 days later ill enter the exam I have to improve my listenning.I have listenned ted talks with 0.5x with subtitr and 1 x,1.25,1.5,1.75 x and 2 x without subtitr and repeatedly i listen 1 x.Additionally I listen bbc podcasts twicely.And thirdly i listen with subtitr and I'm afraid one of them don't help me because of confusing while listenning both of them .Can u give some advice
