Wait, but I've completed MMSF3 100% before. I think there's a code that lets you forego the whole 20 battles, and not an action replay code, but rather a title screen code where tapping completion stars in a certain order let you unlock certain things. Could someone corroborate?

It was always so disappointing to me to learn about all of the unique stuff in the MMBN series that I couldn’t do anymore, because it became one of my favorite series after my uncle would let me play on his gameboy when I was younger, and now learning about this (which I still had no idea about) just blows my mind. Two (3) whole bosses, which the average player has never seen and nobody will ever see again on original hardware. Crazy stuff.

It is definitely better on paper to just need 20 total online wins which won't be region locked. However, most modern platforms make us pay for online, there is a low chance of crossplay and these are conditions to access meaningful offline content despite the value of the matches probably being very low (not comparable to someone making it through a dungeon which had deliberate balancing). This is before getting into how it just adds a new timer till it becomes almost inaccessible.

I'm glad you made another video! This was great. I grew up with the BN/SF games, but I never knew about these bosses even when Wi-Fi was alive lol. I definitely would not have been able to beat them as a kid anyway tho - Definitely would be cool for them to be permanently available for the inevitable SF Legacy Collection

There's a glitch where Lan apears in cyberworld idk how but it happened to me in MMBN 4. I'm gonna try to figure out how i did it then i'l upload a vid if i ever get it.

I really wish Bug Frags were received this same way for the rest of the series. Honestly the Bug Frag grind in the later games is the biggest potential turn off in the end game content

Seriously, this one isn’t hard. That one NPC just gives it to you. “Double one and nine to tonight makes eleven.” It’s in that phrase.

A little clue: there’s a program that makes it so you find Aqua enemies more often. Use that program where you LEAST expect Aqua enemies to show up at. You’ve also been to this particular area before. Maybe you got it on your first visit, or maybe you didn’t.

I used to struggle on this one but eventually I figured it out. A little hint: you’ve seen it a few times before. Won’t say when or where. Just that you’ve seen this particular bird a few times before.

BN5 Roll SP sacrifices all your holy panels and gets +5 attack for each sacrificed holy panel. And for BN5 Django SP, it deals an additional 30 damage and inflicts HP bug on enemies if you connect to a port from outside. The statue at End City is the only place where you can enter from outside. And apparently for every turn Django SP stays in your custom window, it gets 10 more power.

trading would probably be the way to go since there is a discord bot made that will give any chip or program you want

I have the chips mentioned in the video. I put them in a folder, and then equipped that folder, but he will not melt the snow that's blocking me from coming to the antenna. What am I messing up?

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Django3 Softlock has been patched! However, it's important to note that the update will only apply to those who HAVE NOT fought the last Virus Battler yet. Those who already received the rewards (specifically the final one) will still need to connect with another game to fix the softlock. There was an update that states in the notes to "fix getting a different reward for beating this in japanese, english, or chinese" does that mean we're locked out of the unique reward for good?

What made my life so much easier with the Protectos in MMBN2, which I happened to find out by accident: use the Bubble Barrier chip. The chip in BN2 is a bit OP: it constantly re-appears a few seconds after being destroyed, the the Protectos explosions won't hurt you while the bubble barrier is active. So, if a Protecto explodes, they will destroy the Bubble Barrier, but, in less than the 10 seconds that it takes the Protectos to attack again, the Bubble Barrier will be reactivated. And the Bubble Barrier will last you for the entire battle. So, basically, you're invincible during the entire battle agains a Protecto if you use the Bubble Barrier chip. I was a bit sad that the Bubble Barrier chip got nerfed in the newer Battle Network games.
