Good weldone,keep it up,General information of checked out covered,however still there is some different method of billing and mood of payment or last precaution to ask guest Mr.A or b kindly recheck your belongings like ticket passport etc.
Hello i ve watched some differents view of films .Am an hotelier who has been on that for many years working with differents hotels as intercontinatel okoume palace or laico here in gabon.i ve not herad the receptionist asking for the payment when the guest came.ok cool i ve understand that they are still on the field to learning all the details concerning the receptionist bell boy etc. i stamp deep in my heart that they will make it

I can't believe anyone should actually get trained for this. Just talk to the guest as you would be talking to your friend but put some extra respect and a big smile. Easy stuff.
That's what makes the hotel different from your homes.... they're trained to do this because not every guest is friendly so do have to know how to deal with them and how to explain them the facilities....they r paying for the service not for the friendship
