A couple of tips to save production cost, minor points of efficiency. 1 - Stop "cleaning up" the blocks. When construction of the wall is being done on site, all that flashing will be disposed of inside the wall and you will have less to sweep up from the factory floor. It's not going to get in anybody's way so just leave it to get broken up in the construction process and left there. 2 - That will eliminate the need for the tarp on those tires, which I suppose is not to protect the tires. lol
A giant version of garden store lock blocks. So cool. I'd be interested in the whole precast process, reinforcing etc. The concrete is so perfect, Agilia ?
Since your the osha crane inspector, please do tell......seriously. if your going to start typing some "I know better " crap. Please back it up with the years and years of rigging expertise you have.... not joking, not poking fun, being very serious.... I wanna know what exactly you saw that was not correct.
Sicher. Zusammenfassung: SO NICHT!
Just wondering... can anybody show these things being put into place? It's a very beautiful product... but what the heck is this used for? Buildings? Highway overpasses? Bridges? It's funny... but whenever I see these things, I always think they are made by individual bricks hewn from stone. It never crosses my mind that these are all big pieces of concrete. I guess they're doing what they're supposed to do. Good job!
I've inspected retaining walls for a decade. 40' high, these things are probably for something much greater. Just normal block most of the time. This would be some damn level stuff or something. Maybe something with ocean?
There’s videos on UA-cam of massive block retaining walls under construction. Awesome construction but it doesn’t compare to the ancient stone walls, they’re mind boggling.
I heard somewhere that to build the great pyramid a block had to be set like every three minutes to complete it in a life time. I don't think modern technology has caught up to ancient man judging by the length of this video.
What do those blocks weigh and what is the cost per block?
Best of luck, but what is the point?
Wtf is going on here
NOW THATS A BLOCK!
flipping it on its side makes it clear as to what it is
So that's how they built those pyramids, back in the day.
My dude, how about some ear protection
Real smart not to wear ear protection. Learn sign language now
So this is how they built the pyramids. Cool.
now that's a retaining wall!
I love the block's look but where is it going to be used?
This is wonderful. What is it?
1:45 Bless you ! 🤭 Hey archiologists ? Tell me again how the pyramid blocks were cut with copper saws & chisels... 🙄😂
Seems.... danger
Nice. 3 should do my front yard retaining wall.

$3 each at Walmart.
Neat, but what is it?
Playdough's new stuff is awesome!
A picnic table strong enough to withstand small children.
That would make a hell of a fireplace!!
only wierd thing was the sunglasses inside
Wow!
Please, I would like to see some hearing protection, for these hard workers.
That guy could use a hand
Really good, but him standing next to it while hanging from chains is really wrong, tempting an accident .
The flower pot is lovely.

Missing a few best practices on safe crane operation but not bad

Not very skilled with a Gantry... Jogging the UP switch while under tension like that, not good for the motor. @ 3:45
Now that’s a barrier wall
What is it ?
Do you still believe that's how the Egyptians built the pyramids ?
Man the algorithm is strange. Cool shit though
Not sure what this video is about

Looks like a brick suitable for Dracula castle.

These are used for large gravity retaining walls, and sometimes used as private bridge abutments for short spans.

I guess chains never break
Not too often. Seen straps break alot more, and they don't take the punishment of rolling objects.
The stone strong be like: | ↀ A ↀ |
He didn't need the sunglasses on, he just wanted to look cool
This is what Nancy Pelosi has at her house
I don't understand what you are preparing, please continue. Don't forget to prioritize work safety.

you are assuming we can only make one at a time
Slave labor vs capitalism
I hope that chain is inspected daily .
Ahhhhh, so that's how the synchrophaser for the turbo encabulator is made! I wondered about this for 25 years...
I thought it was a vertically polarized interocetor . Thanks for the clarification! Silly me.
I need a vocabulary lesson 😩
@@andrewnavarrette4807 You need to watch: “This Island Earth” 🌎🏝🌎🏝🌎🏝🌎

So many osha violations in this one video. Otherwise i want those blocks.
Sorry, but that has got to be the boring job I've ever seen. So what is you Target per day?
