She was dead the moment she saw the cage. Yes, Joe says he won't hurt her, but Joe always says that and then goes back on his word. Delilah wasn't Will. She is a woman that spent years chasing after a predator. She wouldn't have stayed silent forever. Joe wanted to bribe her or something, but as soon as he realized that it wasn't possible, Delilah would be a goner. In the end it was Love that did the deed, but given time, Joe would've ''had'' to do it. Like with everyone else. Her death sucked so hard- she was finally going to date that cop, she spoke about Henderson, she and her sister would get along better after a while. You can just tell that Delilah's life would be really good had she survived.

i think people in the comments are missing the point. justin didn’t like jenn, that’s true but that’s how crushes work. jenn was always talking about justin so kat knew how she felt about him and still slept with him anyway. it’s pretty self explanatory why someone would be mad that their friend slept with their crush, especially since kat lied about it and hid it from jenn. she should’ve just been honest from the start.
