Someone has taken the relays out of my caddy that has something to do with the ignition on my 04 srx so it's not doing anything when i try to start the car can you give me a head's up on how to fix this problem thank you

You can make your own reeds at home using a old metal coffee can to or bottom, the flat ends.. there a great how to video here on UA-cam about how to do it. God luck!

very good insights here. I was curious as to aftermarket valve bodies on ebay. Might try this on my 04 X3 also with GM 5l40e. There is a theory that solenoid O rings dry out with age causing cold slippage (lost pressure).

Still holding up for you? Is the expansion tank necessary? I read of you have a closed system with a check valve it is, but my PRV has a bypass and I see the water meter allows back flow every now and then.

I have a similar craftsman one I got used about 25 years ago. ordered new valves for it. the "new" valves will probably break soon. I may get a new compressor just because the tank has to be at least 40 years old.

Nice setup. I have the ac200p and got the bluetti dc enhancer to add either more battery (48v) or solar to extend runtime. Would you ever consider an all in one inverter. Current connected savings shack(google it) has the lv6048 for $700. I just purchased as my next upgrade. Might fit nice in your use case although it is rather large and less mobile. I have this transmission in my wife's 2007 X3, and intend to overhaul the valve body. I believe that those plastic tubes should be replaced. The rubber gets hard over time and fails to completely seal against the valve body, allowing some fluid to bypass the tube. This would result in less fluid pressure acting on the various clutch packs, possibly causing delayed gear engagement. I overhauled a ZF6HP in my BMW 535xi and it had similar tubes. The old ones had actually shrunk in length.

I think I need more battery capacity too. I will probably sell the AC200 with my van project and get a AC200 max with the B230 battery bank. Then they will probably make something better.

Hi there Steven, I like your Solar panel upgrade. That 900 watts should serve tou well. I too have the AC200 which I got during its introductory promotional stage. No complaints as it has worked well ... except they upgraded it almost right away with the lithium iron phosphate batteries AC200p which kind of ticked me off. Anyway, I doubled capacity to it by using 36 volt e-bike batteries which makes it a little bit more useful to me.

I never even heard of Gravely until recently. I saw a Gravely UTV. When I started searching more about the brand, I was really surprised at some of the older equipment still running, including a snow blower that is 50 years old. The snow blower is a beast, it cuts right through deep snow. I also like the design, it has a lower height, but longer body then more modern design snow blowers.

Always wondered how that was done. Ive got those same tires on my little cub cadet and they just dont cut the mustard. Theyre cracked andealing,so im buying a pair of new 20x10x8 4 ply grassmaster tires. They have a somewhat more aggressive,but for a little extra money ill do the fluid fill also. It couldnt hurt on some of the banks i have to mow. Appreciate ya taking the time to show this.

I bought a new one yesterday from Walmart. Bought it mainly to run a small led tv, and dvd player when I can't use the generator in our RV. Won't even allow to turn the tv on, and alarm beep goes. Tv is only about 60 watts at 1.5 amps. Very disappointed.

I know this is an old video, but I have a few of these compressors. One green one like that with a 1hp motor. These things run forever and are very reliable. Then I have two 30 gallon models that are from around 1980. Again these two are super reliable and they put out plenty of air. 8.5cfm @ 90. Just make sure the tanks are good on the inside. Craftsman made similar models with the red tanks, ( mid 1980's) and the steel on those must have been thinner, because I've found quite a few videos and articles with those red tanks blowing up. I 'm looking at replacing a 13 year old Sears , 40 gal water heater that's just starting to show some symptoms. Began a project today to investigate replacing it with either a 40 gal tank or going tankless. the first contractor I spoke to suggested this model. They also had a Rheem unit. Would appreciate learning how to maintain it. It's pricey but if it lasts 20 years it may be worth it for the convenience. Thanks for the info in this video.

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY CALIBAMBOO. THE LOCKING MECHANISM IS VERY FRAGILE. I would not recommend calibamboo at all!!!! It was a nightmare to install, scratches easily, and stains easily. It's definitely a cheap product even though I spent a fortune on my 3,000 sq ft. home. We regret this purchase. 😪

This was a great video. I was able to fix my Dad's 2006 CTS after watching this a few times. The hardest part was getting the steering wheel back into place, I used a jack stand to balance it on to assist me. It was a bit exhausting, but no more right turn wheel locking. I have the exact compressor. My exhaust vales were broken too. I bought new valves and new head gasket and new valve plate gasket. However - my exhaust valves have a removable heavier plate over the top of the exhaust valves. Does anyone have a diagram for the head and valve installation?
