Interesting problem that actually arises from a story mode - it enforces a priority on a region of champs in particular, like with the yasuo ahri example, it would enforce a priority in which yone and riven would need to be prioritised and built out before other potentially more interesting champs for a fighting game. Because of the way league lore is, any story written to fit the fighting game might feel either cobbled together and not as fluid as say an mk story or enforce champion limitations which fights against your want for stuff like rengar etc. So story modes would have to be very limited and avoid showcasing champs that normally the focus would draw towards given the context.

This is why I love film house movies and series because arcane aimed to be just like that a truely amazing story a form of art dept of emotion inspiring and many more it’s not a block buster or a Hollywood film this series was not even ment to make a profit if you did not know they at this point did’t even make a profit and hope it wil break even and jet they see it as a succes because they got to make what they wanted (and to get attention for the future of the company and the story of the run tera universe) this is a master piece and wil be for ever I hope for more shows just like this about the lol world like they are planing to do (3 in the making right now) but it be hard to make this level of art again as company’s always get blinded bye profit rather that chasing art meaning and asking the bigger questions I just hope they keep the mind set they had when making this and that they can become profitable just be the amount of people enjoying this level of art and seeing things that they could not before because true story telling and art are amazing teachers

This whole idea is on my mind on the same opinion.

I've seen some news about this upcoming Noxus show. (No big spoilers but if you want to know nothing, do not read it) Swain will have a big role in the series and he is probably going to train Mel. Mel will be on Swain's side against the Black Rose. Also series will include Ambessa's past, Immortal Bastion and Mordekaiser (maybe?) Also the next series' name is revealed it's called "Iron & Chains" "Iron" Revenant = Mordekaiser? "Chains" = Black Rose, Leblanc? But these news could be wrong too.

The symbol LeBlanc paints on the wall before showing Darius is not the symbol of the Trifarix, that's just the symbol of the army before Swain took over, great video.

ok for the people that want to know is this for the new show its a no, riot even said so. yes the next show will be in noxus but its not any of these stories. the one with mel is a epilogue for arcane and a hype for releasing mel as a champ. a epilogue is like s after credit scene for a book. the part about it being for mel as a champ riot says this in their dev update video (they talk about this cinematic). the fight scene between kat and elise is a written story going on right now and a new skin line. once again they say this in that same video so why would this be in the noxus show when they already did it. there is also another problem with it. they say that fight and story is in the present but arcane is in the past. the war in piltover and zaun is before the invasion of ionia and we are thinking arcane rewrote that event into what they just did so it is in the past. last the fight between daruis and trundle is also the past so once again why would it be in the show? so the new show in noxus will be a new or a updated to a story not what we just watched. i have no doubt mel will be somewhere in it but i doubt the main character. one last thing the next show is 2 years out and animation takes time. this had to be in the works about the time they finished making arcane and riot said they are still in the early stages of making the next show. its hard to believe they had this much of a story and this much to promote of this current season of league at the same time, lol then have you wait two years. think would you promote, say your not then in two years promote it again or would you end one show and promote your new champ then when its time to promote your show make one just for that?

I did not AT ALL agree with Viktors endgame. I do not believe in taking the will from people and agree with Jayce in the end of it. However, he is MY FAVORITE character in the show. He was well written and preformed.

In the alternate universe Jayce was in, there was wild anomalies everywhere. You couldn’t control them at all, so I think that his hammer didn’t work because of that. Or because in that timeline he got a different rune at the start.

I think what he said in 11:08 was connected to the society he built? Like it was basically over, and he built the society. Or maybe he got it from Vander and Silco building Zaun? The world was a wasteland, but they built this whole society, and made it so that people could live there

There is also a theory that Jayce died in the same explosion that killed Vi since it implied that blast was stronger than what happened in the beginning of arcane, hence killing jayce and preventing hextech from being invented.

He learned it because in the alternate timeline when he shows up he wants to get back so badly- because he is worried what will happen to his reality. He should be happy, anyone else in his position would be saying "fuck my reality, this one is better!" And stay. But even though it was better in this new reality, he as a person couldn't help the cynicism and hopelessness he felt, like despite literally SEEING how things could be different, he feels more like he LOST that potential in his own reality and in himself. But Powder in au knows that the world moves on, and things get better, because she lost her sister as a kid but ultimately life for Zaunites improved. She shows him there is always hope for the future if you just choose to see it, that change happens in the present moment and hope is knowing that change will happen. That it's not set in stone whether things will get better or worse until you make a choice, today. au Powder had to be the one to show Ekko that Jinx isn't a bad person or a good person, she's not an eventuality, and there's a chance that she could still make positive changes today that will affect the future. She thinks the solution is to take herself out of the equation, but her au self shows him that the solution is her, that there can be redemption for her if she wants it. I love this. I always say that there are no good or bad people, only good and bad deeds, and that's emphasized here.
