Vox AC10C1 - Yet another review

These amps have been around awhile. You’ve already watched a ton of reviews a lot better than this one. But here goes a basic sound-only review with three popular guitars. What do you think of the amp?
Eart E-335 - Honest Review

I just got this UA-cam-famous affordable 335-style guitar, the EART E-335. Here’s a basic, simple review. Hope it helps!
Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb Demo (Blonde)
Переглядів 7 тис.Рік тому
Just 12 minutes of playing, no talking. I just bought this blonde edition Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb, and I wanted to run it through its paces. This is straight out of the box, some of the first notes through it. If you're like me, you've already watched 823 videos of this amp on UA-cam, so hopefully this one focuses less on the features and more on what it might feel like to play. Straig...
The Cheapest, Easiest B-Bender?
Переглядів 16 тис.Рік тому
Follow along as I install and try out my first B-bender, the Rolling Bender. This video is NOT sponsored. I just was interested in the product.
I was going to make a smart-negative comment until I heard your pretty tone and touch. (I just picked up a used AC10, which was completely under my radar. Perfect for low-volume gigs too.
I love mine. I just wonder how it will sound with about five years of playing through it. The speaker should really be starting to wear in.
how about all string bender?
Looks uncomfortable, you need to stop picking just to bend the note, plus you push the guitar against your body :/
HARD PASS looks to me like the intonation for that b string is in the toilet and can't be adjusted so the B string will be sharper and sharper the further up the neck you play. Ain't no way to fix that.
With the bright cap removed, what is the tonal difference between the 2 channels other than reverb and tremelo?
988 now.

This seems a pretty affordable solution. I have a hip shot, which is easier to use, but you have to wait until you find a good price. Mine was $150 brand new. You do have to drill a small hole in the bridge back plate for the string, though.
Its great for me because - and I'm meaning well here - you were obviously flying blind there and thats the pace Id be doing it. I've now gotta find where I can buy a Rolling Bender. Cheers & greetings from Hampshire, England.
wooooooooooow
Thanks for the review! I've been thinking about getting an Eart, but I already have an Epiphone Dot...so maybe I don't need the Eart if it's not really any better. I really do love the Dot btw.
Mines red. I watched a lot of reviews and knew this was the one for me
I absolutely hate that amp. Far far too bright and thin sounding. Cold and sterile. Terrible amp. I bought one a year ago and have played it perhaps 10 times. The more I played it the more I hated it. It sound absolutely shit! My wife had to stop me from attacking it with a sledgehammer.
The only problem with this bender is it kills your break angle (the sound of a telecaster). The regular bender is the only one that keeps the break angle thus keeping your guitar sounding like a tele. That’s why bigsbys ruin a tele’s sound.
Thanks for sharing this. I often wondered how these things installed and how they work out. I was a little scared by the fancier benders that screw into body. I did see a guy who made a bender out of a dinner spoon. Which I don't know if it would last, but also didn't need any drilling into the guitar.
Sounds good!
1 year later....how is this holding up?
Where can you get this one ? And what's the cost ? I havent seen any under $200 😢
how do you intimate it
I just dropped one in my lap steel. Wanted to put two to get a full on pedal steel sound, but only one would fit at a time.
However, I have two lap steels, so soon they will both be b-benders cause I still got that other one left over.
I recommend Curtis Novak JM-V pickups.
Not a bad price either!
I'll be getting one, thanks to you and your informative and entertaining video. Brought a smile to my face several times while I still took everything in. You're a champ, BT!
Nice review! I got mine a year ago. It had a slight rattle especially on certain notes and it drove me nuts. I went through everything and then noticed a very very small side to side movement on one of the bridge screws whnäen poking with a small screwdriver. Put some clear nail polish between the head of the screw and the bridge element and the rattle was gone.
I've had my Eart E-335 for over a year now. I had it adjusted by a professional luthier even though it was good out of the box. Couldn't be happier.
Best review on an Eart Guitar on internet. I have another model and I totally agree with you, but I appreciate the real sounds and the honest opinion. And great playing too man! Thanks from Spain.
Wow, thanks! Glad it was helpful!
I have a Vintage Modified Jazzmaster (and Jaguar) and find, that once set up with some fretwork, they are great guitars. I wasn't a fan of the bridge pickup, way too hot, and bought a Bootstrap Lake Surfer, and it's a great match with the neck pickup. I bit hotter than a regular Jazzmaster pickup, it's sounds great. Thanks for the review.
Classic vibe is a step up from the old VM line in my opinion. Great guitars none the less
A little nut sauce in the string slots on the nut helps a lot when useingvthe vibrato bar
The middle screw on the bridge will make the tremlo bar more tension turning one way an looser turned the other way, also I wrapped the end of the tremlo bar with Teflon tape
Great tips!
I got the same guitar from sweetwater ,left handed version with the blonde twin reverb tonemaster, I love it,took me a while to get it setup to how I like it,did a few things to it ,lowered strings, polished the frets and dressed the fret ends
Thanks for posting this. I've got one of these on my strat. It's fun and nobody expects it haha. If you do a strat with the usual trem bridge, you need to use 3+ springs and make it really tight down so when you use the bender it doesn't pull the rest of the strings sharp.
Had mine now for a few months. This is an incredibly useful amp in that A) you don’t mind packing it around because it’s so light B) it works on any gig from funerals and basements to full stage acts because of the built in Attenuation and C) it sounds fantastic. Definitely a keeper.
Way cool bro! Sounds great!
Thanks a lot!
Nicely done. Great video
Thank you very much!
What settings were you at 😊 did you adjust them for each guitar 👍😊nice
That is so cool. Been obsessed with the b bender since I first discovered, and this seems like a very good compromise, as for most the b benders are not particularly practical. How does it affect tuning?
Doesn’t seem to effect tuning at all on my guitar
Good job and how much is it ??
Mine was intonated perfectly out of the box, just changed strings and was good to go
I didn’t have any issue with gingers turning black
Bought this when it came out over a yr ago and it’s one of the best guitars I’ve ever played…out punches my Eastman 335 with EASE…and it absolutely RIPS…such a good guitar and I LOVE the aesthetic…wanted a 335 that looked like this for ages…no dumb polyurethane etc…just beautiful mahogany, open pored, letting it ring out like a bell…the neck is INCREDIBLE, and the pickups blew me away…thought I’d change them immediately and there was no need…57 classic replicas and the bridge is nice and hot…ONLY nitpick is the cheap selector switch and wish the binding was more cream looking, other than that I’ve been gigging with this bad boy and everyone who plays is blown away at how good the guitar is….I also bought one of their Tele’s and it too is freaking awesome
Fantastic! I’m going home with my one !⚡️⚡️⚡️🙌🏼
Wow we need it
I play country music. I love bending strings. This settles it. Im getting a Rolling B Bender for my Michael Kelly '53 Tele. I already use a MXR Phase 90 for that Waylon sound. A B- Bender will rock.
Nice job sir! I build a few Teles now and then and, I've been thinking about a B bender for one. Thanks for showing us this one.
Yer,nah, only marshalls cut it live
nice video thx -Whats the bender called ?, who makes them ? thx bud
find it at rollingbender.com! (I’m not sponsored or anything)
@@TheUsefulMusician not Sponsored , good ! They've got to make two UA-cam's one for product influencers and another for people without agendas. I don't know about everyone else , I'm sick of it.
Nice tone and playing. Thanks for another review!
Howdy, is this with stock valves?
Yes it’s straight out of the box!
Wow, this is the 2nd video I've seen on the Blonde TM DR, and it sounds Awesome . I'm really thinking I need one. Loved hearing Dwight Yoakum at the end. You really make it sound so good 👍
Thank you!
