I’m pretty sure it’s the same vocalist just they evolved there sound so much. chronicles is the best work they have ever done. Check out that record it’s fantastic. dominatrix and saint miserable are my faves along with Into the dark which is amazing. Can’t wait for us to see them next week!

Fun fact, their first few albums have a lot of black metal elements. Those elements were probably what you didn't like about General of the Dark Army because it leans hard into black metal, such as the dissonant tremolo picking on the guitars, and the high-pitched unclean shrieks from Grant. If you like their poppy side I think you'll like Abyss and Phantoma the best. They've been slowly becoming more synthpoppy as time goes on. Seriously though, do AxCx at some point, just for the lulz

One of the bands that first made me fall in love with metalcore. You must listen to the fall of ideals a top 5 metalcore record of all time. Atr have switched there sounds up all over the years the 2018 release actually has some of there heaviest songs on it. But I remember when they dropped what if I was nothing all the hardcore fans hated it because they went main stream rock. But I agree with you I always liked it. Normandie is an awesome band very creative and man they can’t write a bad hook. If you liked serotonin you’d love the new record. My next request is phinehas (the band) not Billie eyelashes brother.

Personally really enjoyed their debut album and am a massive fan of their work but do see what you mean about it being repetitive lyrically. Some of my favourite tracks from that album would be Fried Rice, Heading for the Door, Daisy Chain and Big Ciggie. Also really like Sonic Blue as it is a bit like Oysters with a really catchy guitar but repetitive lyrics

I enjoy the fvck out of El P's solo work. El producto. One should note that fantastic damage was his solo album but he was in a major group before that. Company flow. They released one album, funcrusher, in 1997 off of rawkus records. That's the same label as black star and a lot of other great artists. They also did many appearances on compilations and features (well over another album worth of material).
