Thanks, gonna try this .
Hey,just curious, how did this hold up over time? The Caulking is a really good idea.
What's the torque specifications for that fuel lines.
I am seeing the warning flags pop up in my mind, when seeing you taper those edges. In time, once you are putting weight on them, I believe those discs are now going to seat themselves in too far, and the metal edges of the feet are going to start rubbing on the deck. I saw someone suggest heating them to go in more easily. I’d be willing to bet that is a far better method. 🤔
Sweet, love Alec's stuff
Had the very same issue happen to me yesterday - thankfully a local auto shop recognized this as a serious issue (called the dealership that I usually go to, they were booked up). Won't be buying a Hyundai again.
Just got one - love it
Joel, so you have a 3/4" water mainline from your house to feed into a 1" manifold? Are the pipes for each zone 3/4" or 1"? Great job by the way.
1" pipes in each zone. Yeah it seems backwards to go larger downstream, as you won't get any more volume than the 3/4" line will produce. Pressure won't change using large pies downstream either. Just a preference. Thanks for the kind word, just had it blown out for the season yesterday.
Thanks for your helpful video. I'm gonna pull mine off and inspect it. Bought my GT235 used this past summer. Changed out the transmission fluid took about 4-5 quarts. I'm in Lino Lakes area north of the Twin Cities. Took WD 40 and sprayed around the engine to remove crud and sprayed it off with the hose. Didn't kill the grass either.
too much sh... I don't need to see

They’re not in step
Do you have a part number. I happen to need the same part.
Passengers side lock isn’t working because more then likely the actuator is bad
Battery info only! Don’t want your opinion on your old mower or about new mowers!
It's best to water first otherwise the tiller will jump & pull. Watered soft soil will allow tiller to bite the soil better.
I tend to get a bit wordy, but this little machine deserves a strong review, lol. I was given one of this exact same edger. My friend said it was left behind after a property sale and they couldn’t get it to run at all. Everything on this little machine is SUPER solid material quality so I knew it would run. Problem was, many of the parts are obsolete. But, with everything so solidly made with such high grade materials, it was worthwhile to make anything I could to resurrect it. First fully cleaned out the fuel tank, but the major issue was the diaphragm in the carb was dried out and cracked and the same issue with the gaskets. It was also missing a few small parts when they bailed out trying to get it running. Fortunately (after a lot of searching) I found an old small engine repair guy that had a few of those diaphragms. “They’ve probably been sitting there for 15 years.” So I told him I’ll take all of them, lol. A few other parts were easy to make in their OEM design (extremely handy having a laser cutter/engraver, 3D printer, and a 3D scanner hanging around, lol). Once I got it running perfectly, this thing is an absolute beast of a machine in a good way. It is definitely not what would work in the “planned obsolescence” strategy. Since finishing up the revival of this machine, with very regular use, the ONLY thing that has requires and changing besides the oil and air filter is the blade. Everything else is absolutely rock solid. That cast iron Kawasaki engine is near bulletproof, lol. The design is perfectly versatile to be effective on any pitch, angle, or reasonable grade height differential. It’s the perfect wheel type edger. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Does loctite adhesive work even for shower tiles?
Nice video. Very informative. But please help me; I can't get a shine on my leather work boots to save my soul. I'v tried everything known to man and experimented with every technique and medium for years, right out of the box boots and old boots. Is it me or is it the leather? It's almost as if the supple leather is too porous and the wax or polishing oils never completely dry. I generally wear Red Wings, Carolina's, and ThouroughGood's. When I was a kid in the 70's and 80's, they would always shine up to a mirror finish. Your help would be greatly appreciated
It took us about about an hour and a half up and an hour down. We also stopped plenty for photos.
How long is the ride up and down?
Maybe you said what you used to form the radius and I missed it. But did you use a piece of siding?
THANK YOU KIND GLORIOUS MAN!!!
Thank you sir
This will last 4 months top.
Do you have the part number for the Velcro?
You're a life saver. This definitely solved my issue.
Nice job.
Watched the repair of a liberty hose reel. What we need is the part # to repair. If you would be so kind to share name and part # we would be most appreciated.
Could this affect the shifting of the truck?
It should not affect the shifting.
Thank you for the video! My new to me 2007 King Ranch sun roof is popped up and winter is coming. Ive got to figure this out.
Good luck. 😎
@@joelongrid7625I unplugged mine and just sealed the thing. Got tired of dealing with it.
Not a root puller?
Oh yes. It will pull the roots out too. 👍
Hello Joel. Thx for video. Short and to the point. What I needed.
Just got one of these puppies on marketplace for $200 bucks. The bit is dull but everything else is in tip top shape. I feel I got a great deal. Can’t wait to build a cabinet for it to mitigate the dust issues.
Thank you! That helped!
Good looking pops
Do you happen to remember what that part was called I have one I'm redoing what could use it.
I'm sorry I dont recall what it is called. Get ahold of Liberty and they should be able to help. Joel
You lowered the deck to get at the spring loaded pins and belt etc. Now put the lever in the raised position to remove the deck makes things easier
At 5:59 it appears that the two valves, before and after the vacuum breaker, are closed or off. Is that correct configuration or did you change that before running sprinklers right after that? Thanks.
You are correct that those need to be open to operate.
So….if you don’t have a sander…then what??
Try a file or safely whittle away with a sharp utility knife. It will take longer but will still work.
How do manoeuvres getting the right depth consistently across the area I want to patio… this will be my first attempt ever so please, I will appreciate some direction please. Thanks
Depth adjustment will help out. Start shallow if ground is really hard as you may need to do several passes to loosen soil. Keep working it and it will get easier.
When I was young we were all in the boy scouts. Now i don't know a single kid in the scouts. I think I know why.
Nothing says a group of fathers can't take their boys out and teach them outdoors. That's what we did when I was a kid
My son is an Eagle Scout. I am glad he did it before all of this "inclusive " CRAP!!!🤬 I (his mom) ran the troops Christmas wreath sale. The only fundraiser the troop did. It was a huge "job", but loved being a part of his troop with him.❤️❤️❤️
Mountain Dewaholic here! I remember it. It had a "hillbilly " on it too!❤😊
as a trans person who did girl scouts growing up, i think you're right, it didnt prepare me very well compared to what you describe. i appreciate you sharing your thoughts 💚 im excited for more kids to get into scouting!
Thanks for your comment. Hopefully you had some great memories though.
Scouts in other countries are not separated by gender. My daughter as a girl scout went to Mexico with her troop, and found out that in Mexico, that they don't have boy scouts and girl scouts. They have scouts and troops are integrated.
Thanks for the insight. If good leadership skills are being taught while having fun learning, its a great thing.
If you don't know mother f***** thing what you doing f****** video
Hi Joel, saw your video thank you. I have the exact same engine on an Allis Chalmer the clutch is stuck in gear so I can’t start it. Do you know how to unstick it. It has the same clutch rod as yours.
Dang, I don't recall ever having to do that. Sorry.
Isn't there just a plug under the seat I can pull?
Not sure about that one.
