Are you Weakhearted or Tenderhearted
Sometimes we mistake tenderness of heart for weakness and so we bolster ourselves with pride in order to be strong men. In this video I want to bring clarity to what it means to be tender hearted vs weak hearted so that we can stand strong in the throws of life and not become cold towards the world thinking we are tough.

great and hiarious
Would love an update video on this one
It sure why this came up but 🤣 that video was trash show some steps man run a sawzall and cut that crap out 😂
Since the truss doesn’t stick out to make eves, how much does the roof sheathing hang over? Is there an under trim?
The roof sheathing hangs over maybe 5-6” and the trim that runs from front to back is shaped like a L with 2x4s that attach to the roof sheathing. 3:56
Nice job god bless
Where do you get your jobs from? Is it directly from Home Depot?
It's impressive that you're able to do this on your own. You've inspired me to look into subcontracting with Tuff Shed. I think I'm in your area, I sent you a message.
I didn’t know 10x12 was considered small sheds but I’m new to this. You said in comments small. Just bought a 12x16.
Pizza pie, all the way through, feels good.. got it
Nice job! I am having my Tuff Shed delivered in a couple of days, & it was very helpful to see how it will be built.
Hope you enjoy your new shed!
good helpful video. You make it look so easy. I have to start that project.
Nice but, since the top will rotate, don't you only need a single large hole for your screwdriver to fit through for affixing the second set of screws? They'll all be the same distance from the center.
How come you ain’t using adhesive?
The shingles have a strip of adhesive already adhered to them and when they get hot from the sunlight they will stick to each other.
Lies and more lies
You are wild
Well, looking forward to our 12x12 Pro Ranch getting delivered/installed in a few weeks. This is a great way to see how these all go together. Can't believe you do this by yourself. You should be proud!
Thanks! Doing one of these tomorrow, so I needed to brush up. Gave you two dislikes and a like 👍
I don't know about you guys but this video was so very helpful thanks...😅
Great vid
'If you don' like the video, give it 2 Dislikes', LOL.
There's a special place in Heaven for those who share such helpful detailed information. Thanks!
So nice of you!
I will admit it, the first video I watched with you installing a Tuff Shed I was simply amazed how you were able to do it by yourself. BTW, we are hoping our 12x12 Ranch Pro will be delivered/build early next month.
I just bought a 10’x10’ tuff shed. After it was finished, kinda late at night, the next morning I could see about a half inch to an inch space in the center of the inside of the ceiling to where I can see the bottom of the roofing paper from the inside. Pretty sure the boards are supposed to be flush at the peak, or closer to it. Is it a problem, and should I have the tuff shed guy come back to fix the roof?
You’re right, Typically it is flush. It should be fine though if it has some spacing. When a ridge vent is installed there is usually 4-5” of spacing.
Just wear sandals next time, great video 😊
Flip flops would be better than these wouldn’t they? 🤣
That deck board to to rest the joist on is a great idea
We're getting a Tuff Shed in a couple of weeks. Same size as this. Can't wait! You video was amazing to watch. Thank you for posting.!! And, oh...How long does it actually take you?
This size shed which I believe is an 8x10 typically take 3-3 1/2 hrs to install
Nice work ,well done
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video. Thanks for sharing
Thanks good information 😊
Very cool man, good work! What’s your thought about foam for the ridge cap and the special tape they have for between the metal pieces?
Jesus amen, the Lord will see what has been and will be. The earthtone will floraciate its self together into one word...the word of the Lord. Apple be thy named sandwiches
Whaat? How is this humanly possible? 👏
If you don’t like it give it two dislikes 😂 that was funny 😂
For starters, start with a truck and trailer you can-pay cash, dont buy one to start the business. Thoose 800 going to the trash 🗑️
What flooring is that?
Future back injury victim on disability.
I’m actually stronger. The key is mindfulness 💪🏼
Does the ground have to be super leveled to install?
It doesn’t have to be super leveled. The installer will level it with blocks and shims but if there’s a corner higher than a 4” there is an additional fee. Some regions measure 4” from the 4 corner average. Some regions measure 1 corner higher than 4”.
@@ChrisSilverman Man, you're awesome. I wish you were in Sacramento.
Two dislikes!! 😆🤣 Super helpful Chris - great job!
Thanks! 👍 😆
where can I find the 2 piece sill boards thanks
You can find them at Home Depot or Lowe’s home improvement
Straight forward explanation. Thank you.
I love the simple easy quick explanation here. Now I’ll see if I can follow simple easy explanations. Thanks! lol
I appreciate your video's, I'm going to be installing for a company that sells these little sheds. I've used your video's to prepare. By the way, you can use chat GPT 4o it has a visual recognition tool. In the future if you aren't sure how to name or identify an object/tool, snap a photo of it and upload it in the chat dialogue box. It will tell you all about the item.
What does the inside look like? I had mine re-roofed and I just looked inside and nails are coming through the ceiling and they are all different lengths
Roofing nails are supposed to shine through. It’s actually building code that they do. The nails that attach the roof sheathing to the 2x4 trusses are not supposed to be seen. They are much longer than the roof nails. They sometimes miss the 2x4 truss and can be seen beside the truss. But it’s normal to see the roof nails and it’s actually a good thing.
It make look like its cupped towards the pith side now. But as its dries it will cupp to the bark side. If you go back and look at that board now i bet its cupped to hold water.
you need to slow down, stop using your nailgun as a hammer.
Very useful video. Im wanna add a small workbench in my shed. Thanks for the inspiration!
I think you did it backwards. Professional carpenters recommend placing the bark side down, with the grain forming a "smiley face" to help shed water and reduce cupping.
How long did it take you to build this? From Pickin up the shed to heading back home ?
Typically, starting at 6:30 it takes 30-40 minutes to load onto my trailer. Maybe an hour to hour 30 driving, sometimes longer. This size shed in the video takes on site usually 4 to 4 1/2 hours and then the drive back home makes for a 8 hr day. Usually I work 6-9 hr days every now and then less and once in a blue moon a 12 hr day but on site actually installing takes between 2-7 hrs depending on shed type and sizes
@@ChrisSilverman and what happens when for whatever reason you can’t complete the shed? I heard you said you had one door handle missing! You have to go back for small stuff like that?
very informative 👏
Glad it was helpful!
Seriously how come the baluster directions say stair rail tubes should be 5 1/2" on center?
Code requirements are typically 4” and so using 3 1/2” is easily meets code and allows someone to use a 2x4 to space them
@@ChrisSilverman Thank you for your reply. The confusing part is that I am using "Precision" brand balusters which includes the connectors for both straight and angles stair rails. On the box everything comes in, it says to put the flat rails at 4 1/2" and the on the same box says, place stair rail connectors 5 1/2". Hence my confusion. As a rank novice who is not talented in this area AT ALL (So there's that) I have managed to replace the entire deck rails and they turned out really well. But I am having fits with the one short 7-step stair up to our doorway. Is the key here to get the bottom post mounted and then work from there? (All the other posts were pre-existing. I have to replace this one though.
A good way to install the stair rails might be to preassemble the rail system on the ground by installing the angled clips on the 2x4 then attach the rails using clear silicone to help them adhere. Then attach the top rail 2x4 to the rails and then attach the rail system to the 4x4 posts. Safety methods a bit wonky. LOL
