Hello, I would like to ask you about something that is of utmost importance to me, I have bought a high-performance model and when I place it in my iMAC something comes up like “this model is 16k and may have some errors” when I try to put the model in I get something like “check that the model was exported from XXXXXXX(app)” and I can't use it, but when I use it on a mobile (old iPhone SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE THIS IS NOT A JOKE.

Okay, so I calibrated to my webcam, but my model is NOT moving with my face. And going through the toggles, her head moves with 'Auto Breathing' settings being turned on for the head turning. Please help.

so... how does one hide away the art mesh lines when smoothing out the jagged edges on the face? like when I Shift+A I keep having to click on the object again because the program loses focus for it. Is there a different hotkey to hide those away, or do I just have to do that one extra click that'll take away my focus from what I'm working on?
