I remember playing Pokemon Shield and how disappointing it was. Yes the gameplay was still good but everything else just didn't hot with me. After I managed to finish the game I immediately bought Cyber Sleuth and had an infinitely better time with it

He has a level 1 billion Pikachu and would ocasionally lose to trainers who got their pokemon minute ago. He had a ultra powerful pokemon with a whole unique customized megaevolution against a regular mega that was wounded and Ash has the type 4x and 2x times type advantage and still lost.

There is one major factor everyone forgetts, Pokémon is primarily made for kids between 4 and 12 y/o‘s and Digimon is primarily made for kids between 7 and 14 y/o. Only a little difference but you can see it everywhere, the anime is a perfect example. Both have deeper undertones and both have an amazing lore. ❤ BUT Digimon is more fleshed out, more complex, is a little bit more uncensored and the variability of designes is not only different but there is much more of it in Digimon. I love both franchises, when it comes to the games I go with Pokémon, when it comes to the anime I go with Digimon. TCG?! Yeah nah , i am a Yugioh Player and rank Yugioh as a Franchise higher then both of them. 😅 Sorry for the bad english, i am from Germany and it’s f‘n late. 😂

If someone doesn't understand what's the difference between those 2 Digimon are made out of data Some children get chosen by becoming a digi destined by having a good heart or choosing to stop being evil Digimons can evolve into different stages that are not based of a full evolution they can evolve into anything We have this tree of a digimon evolution Egg>baby>training basically kid phase>rookie>training 2 basically a stronger evolution>ultra >mega>super nega/ultimate Digimon are based on tamagochi while pokémon on animals There different items that let's you trigger another evolution for you're digimon The digieggs There different eggs that choose who's the holder of each egg For that you need to feel as example brave or something like that the digi egg will then react and digi evolve you're digimon There's one thing digimon need and that's a tamer without a tamer most digimon can't digievolve because they have a digivice basically it's that tamagochi Digi vice give digimon the power to digi evolve into different stages

They honestly shouldn’t be compared, they both are going for completely different aspects. Tai can’t be compared to Ash, Tai is a great character. But they drop him, Ash is a great character but they milk every last drop out of him. Pokemon became a massive franchise, one of the biggest in the world. The people made their choice and the companies followed suit. There’s no reason to compare the 2 because they’re appealing to different demographics. Plain and simple

Digimon Survive is awesome.

Digimon always caught my interest because it was well written and we're always trying something new, and after a while pokemon seemed to go stale. Sure the games don't hit like pokemon games but Digimon always experiments with the formula like remember Frontier? The kids became the Digimon in that series which was a bold strategy and they pulled it off. Even Impmon's redemption arc was well written, realizing that he was wrong and didn't care about being forgiven just wanted to help with his mess

4:36 I kinda hated on both tbh.Scarlet and Violet was...a mess.But Digimon Survive was a dissapointment.I don't know If I had high expectations,but when I saw it played too strategical,I simply said ''Nope.Not for me.''

First villain in pokemon : we failed to kidnnap pikachu (sometimes nice people with ash). First Villain in Digimon : Literally a fallen angel that you never want to meet it. Edit: i dont hate pokemon , also pokemon was one of my favorite things during my childhood along with digimon.
