You can get an estimate on what that will be by going to greenvilllecounty.org and plugging in the tax map number or address in the tax calculator. This is especially important if you are an investor, because your tax will be based on 6% if that home or land is not your primary residence. As an investor myself, that is critical to know, as well as insurance costs, HOA fees, assessments etc. You need all the details. Hi there. 👋🏻 Thanks for stopping by my Channel. Many of our viewers have asked what the weather ☔️☀️😎 is like in Greenville SC. Well, it can be extreme at times, and Tuesday was a great example of that. 💧 We do get heavy rain from time to time. This was from a major storm system that was moving through. We did not have much destruction from this storm like the Florida Gulf had. Things were mostly all back to normal the next day with a few power outages. High winds and trees falling can be problematic in a storm like this, but we don’t get the damage that storms cause on the coast. 🌊 We almost never seem to have a shortage of water, thus the lush greenery here.🌳🌲 My garden did very well last year with very little extra water. Other extremes in our weather might be ice 🧊in the winter. We don’t get a lot of ❄️ , but occasionally we do, especially in Northern Greenville County. If the forecast snow people will rush to the grocery stores to get bread, eggs, and milk. I so appreciate this video! We live in Maine and are considering relocating to SC. We are currently in the research stage and to say we are a bit anxious for a change is an understatement. To say we are not fearful about such a drastic change would be a lie as well. What we really need are honest people who will come along side us to help us do this right to minimize the possibility of looking back with remorse and regret. It is very close to North Greenville University, and is open to the public. This restaurant has spectacular food, and the location and views of the golf course and mountains are incredible. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience. We sat on the patio where there was live music and enjoyed the sunset views. VERY HELPFUL GREAT INFORMATION CAN BE A LITTLE OVERWHELMING

So I moved from South Florida to Greer last year, and I don’t regret it. The traffic by far is so much better than South Florida. The traffic in Greenville resembles South Florida, but the traffic in Greer is so much better. However, if you reside in Greer, you will probably find it a necessity to go into Greenville on a pretty regular basis, as the better supermarkets and other amenities are in Greenville. As far as the heat, it pales in comparison to South Florida, so this hasn’t been an issue for myself.

Hello Sherry...My wife and I will be retiring before the end of the year. Greenville, and surrounding areas, is one of the two places we are seriously considering to retire to. We visited the Greenville area in 2021. We liked the small town feel. One thing that we are not so sure about is that, being Asian(from the Philippines) originally, we did not see any Asian at all in our 2 day visit. The other place we are seriously considering is the Houston area, which I know, is a very diverse place. We also have visited that area also in 2021. We have been living in Maryland for more than 30 years now. We are currently preparing for our house to put it on the market by July. Any advise you can give us? Thanks.
