That's a rather old style of of breaker - I recall seeing some in the 345KV yard at the Gibbons Creek station in Grimes County, TX. Virtually all SF6 breakers now consist of the two large bushings mounted to a far smaller horizontal cylindrical interrupting chamber.

I love that you guys offer really well detailed and realistic loads for the modelers to add to their cars or layouts. I'm curious to know if Class One Models will still be doing these cars fitted with the 3-axle Buckeye trucks. I seem to remember it was talked about in the past.
