You know, it’s kinda ironic that the point about shuffling something back to burn is harmful, but losing your monster to banishment doesn’t matter. That’s kinda backwards isn’t it? The point of the graveyard, and later on the banishment, was meant to be this card is gone now. Yet almost all cards play out of the graveyard today, and cards are beginning to include banishment in recursion effects. You would think shuffling back to the deck or extra deck would mean it’s accessible, but that’s where you’d send it for it to be “gone.” I mean less so with the extra deck, but you get my point

Just make good art. on this youtube channel I face off against the meta each season as Ancient Warriors by learning all of the meta decks and knowing how to play into them. Even with a huge disadvantage by playing a deck that shouldn't stand a chance against the meta I still can hold my own in diamond tier and showcase some weaknesses of often complained about decks. Due to the deck I choose to play and it already being power crept out of the game I have to turn to meta splashable cards to deal with some threats, but the idea still holds. One tricking a single deck into format after format building a resolve and mental toughness that few players have while red teaming meta decks/players to some extend against a deck they are not expecting to see.

Just take a small break! I think the md format is as tbf but we appreciate your! Don’t stop making your amazing content forever!

I don’t think you should stop providing informative content. You should let the viewers decide by the amount of views you get per video. There is always something to learn no matter what level of competitive you think you are. Also people may be coming to the channel to hear your thoughts on a particular issue/ state of the game because it is you. This is could have been covered a million times but your opinion on it could still be beneficial.

I think a thing you might have to recognize is that you’re in a tier of skill level that most players, myself included, will never achieve and I look to you as one of the few competitive focused voices that actually decimates valuable information to the rest of the player base. You’re being pretty unfair to yourself I think about how you’re maybe viewing your overall place within the game, hard to have perspective about yourself of course. Ultimately you have to do these things for yourself and if the making videos/ the game isn’t making you happy as is then a change up is needed. But I don’t think you should discount your videos and credibility based on results from the last few formats when the game right now is so hard to consistently get results in.

I wouldnt take it so hard the master duel grind is rough. Maxx c called by crossout every game is toxic and definitely drains you.

I think you may be looking at it incorrectly. Plenty of successful coaches in the NBA NFL etc weren’t amazing players (not saying you aren’t good) and are amazing at educating people, giving out information, etc. idk why in yugioh your own result based resume is a end all be all.

Let me preface by saying I haven’t finished the video yet - but I think you are a bit harsh on yourself. Content and being a doctor are two very different things when it comes to knowledge and responsibility. I can only speak for myself but I love your channel for more than just thinking I can listen to you and follow what you say blindly (as one may do with a doctor). Your mindset when it comes to perfecting your craft and content is entertaining and refreshing in the community. I’ll get back to the video but I hope your competitive content is here to stay.

I disagree with a lot of points made in this video. 1) I think the link package is garbage especially if you can't force d barrier in main phase 1, also it can easily disrupted. 2) Also going 1st with Tenpai post game 1 is not bad, especially if your opponent is expecting to make them go first. 3) Shifter is not main deck worthy. 4) Dropplet is mandatory as well as crossout designator. 5) I prefer cyclone over storm/duster.

Let’s not forget that many of the decks that side in D barrier have a spell negate to stop Crossout in the first place (Skull Guardian, Hope Harbinger, Odd Eyes Vortex Dragon)

Format isn't bad imo, it's just stale. The issue with the snake eyes engine is it's too small of a package. So any hits to the deck would do to much damage to the deck and as a result konami didn't hit it all and nothing has changed, resulting in a very long format that feels the same from the previous format. One card starters and large non engine packages with small engines are the issue, creating samey play patterns as the top decks hasn't really changed much.

It'd be great if Konami released a wave of independent archetypes that were relatively equal in power at a competitive level. Like 4-5 decks. Having successive tier 0 formats where rogue or off meta have little chance to compete against it is depressing to see.

Any time you get a format where 90% of the decks you'll ever play is just one deck with a few variants, it's just a bad format. Hearing, "It's skill based because of it" is the most copium inhaling statement I'll ever hear. I've heard it in Spyrals, in Zoo, and in Tear. It's just not healthy for a game to be like this and Konami just keeps doing it.

Still hate and I mean HATE snake eyes players and the cards themselves mfer's pay top dollar for straight broken cards and still complain about coming up against any other deck mpo mostly all snake eyes cards should be restricted to 1 snake eyes ash,popular and divine temple should be outright banned don't actually care what ppl who play this deck thinks or says just sick and tired of seeing this trash ass deck
