    I'm calling tomorrow. I can't find seat dimensions on many of your recliners. While the one in this vid has coil seat springs, the majority of the 8-900 ones all appear to have sinuous springs; in fact, the product detail link is the same for all those recliners. When i click on a specific recliner on you site, i expected to be shown info about that one specific chair - rather, the product detail and product info sheet are the same across the board......how can i shop?

    And your foam used in the seat is made from HR foam with at least a 2.5lb density? Will last many years without flattening out? Thanks

    Please Advise....... 1. How do you determine which mechanism is being used in the electric console recliner ? Where is the model number ?

    I want the chair to Recline but not rock. Is that possible? Why would you take the whole mechanism off? This makes no sense if you still want a recliner.

    Why did you replace the bearings. Was it making a clanking noise? I ask because that is what my glider rocker is doing. Thank you

      You really can't replace the bearings or riveted connectors, you have to replace the entire mechanism piece.

    Ok....you disassembled it. Now reassemble it and make it a standing recliner! Otherwise, what's the point?

    How do you reattached the back when its mounting point has been removed? The back slides on to the mechanism that you just removed?

    kerrie heinz What do you put on the bottom of the chair after removing the rocker recliner mechanism? Do you attach chair legs?

    Could you name what some of the rocking parts are? My chair is not rocking right and I think it's some bushings or bearings that have broke. Its towards the back of the mechanism. They are held in with rivets. Not sure what they are. But now chair rocks bad when it goes into the backwards motion.

    If I remove the rocking mechanism will it still recline? My grandpa has difficult getting up because his chair rocks but like to recline.

    • @1953kingsnake
      @1953kingsnake 6 років тому

      Hi Kellie, if you remove the metal rocking mechanism the chair will no longer recline. That metal mechanism actually holds the footrest to the chair so by taking off that part you could no longer attach the footrest. D

      @jackedinpdx 6 років тому

      Miss Kellie. I will tell you what I am trying out. If it’s a wooden rocker base. I screwed in four couch legs two front two not all way to back, where it is thicker wood. Then I took some books and placed them under front base rite next to footrest. But you can just try some books 📚 first.
