Thank you so much..I saw you have replied to all comments and you will reply to mine too.. my only question is is milk mandatory or can we skip it so that we can store for longer duration ??
You can skip dairy milk & add cashew milk . Which will last ur ladoos for longer time
Add everything in food processor as shown in the video & blend
He even told you it’s not London Bridge you mong

Dear, gr8 method of making ghee, humble request don't collect malai in plastic bowl better use glass or ceramic, too make it completely cultured you need to keep the malai (cream) minimum 8 hrs overnight or from early morning till evening, coz in fridge even if you added buttermilk in cream but they go to sleep, so warm place is must too get the bacteria activated and multiple, if possible always eat cow ghee rather buffalo one, gr8 medicinal difference between the two. 🤔
