Your brain doesn’t stop developing at the age of 25 but that’s the time where typically your prefrontal cortex finishes developing, and you’ve fully gone through adolescence. The 25 number means something but it’s not like your brain is worse after that point. There’s so much variation in the data that there’s no scientific reason to think your brain gets less developed as you get older.
