Judge Boyd probably saved this guy's life. His lawyer is exactly perfect for this young man: he looked relieved that his guy wasn't being imprisoned or set entirely free. I'm also glad the guy has clearly spent time learning English: this will give him more opportunities and could keep him out of trouble.

Why did the state bring that officer in? I have them pop up on my feed but I don't look at them but then again, I'm not a foolish young man anymore.

Is it me, or does the attorney seem underprepared? It sounded like Judge Boyd was trying to help him, repeatedly asking, "Did you want to ask questions about any documents?" because the attorney brought up the reports and then didn't pursue that line of defense. And then the attorney admits that the reports may have been part of the discovery, suggesting he didn't go through discovery!

These are the stories I love. People can say what they want about Judge Boyd, but she tries to help everyone until her hands are just tied and prison is the only option.

Wait a minute. This person had a job in the US and can't speak English? If you reside or work in the United States, you should be required to speak English. If you want to communicate in your native tongue with other people who speak your language that's absolutely cool, but for taxpayers to pay for a translator is insane. If I lived in Italy, I would learn Italian before I moved and not expect to be catered to.

You do not store food products that you use with detergents what would happen if you grab the bottle that looks similar and put that on your food so don't store any food products with detergents it's not good put it where your food is I just don't understand it

I love this judge but all these people dont care and get off so easy. Put them away for the prison sentance and then let them out. But going through all these programs dont work. Ugggggg its just a slap on the wrist for them
