hey brother kudos for even attempting this, much respect ! this is one, perhaps the one greatest underrated Skillet masterpieces of all time. Im thankful to anyone paying respect to it in any fashion. I wish it had gotten more credit and quality attention from the band also so we could at least enjoy a solid version in HD or an acoustic version in studio. Something, cmon !!! haha, anyways I like it thats all that matters. peace, and chicken grease, stay thirsty my brothers and sisters. Give your soul more of what it needs.

I also had the privilege of seeing them, just before they finished. They do leave a hole in the form of dispassion. So much heart in the words of each and every song. Blessed to have been able to go out and see them. I saw them for the first time on their third to last show, but have been a fan since I was 13 or 14, 23 going on 24 right now. Crazy, really.

Robert I have no problem answering your question. If Jesus were black I would indeed still worship him. Race is not important. He is the son of God, the creator of the universe and I love him because he loved me enough to die in my place. Color or race is irrelevant to that. But Jesus was not European nor Black. He was a middle-eastern Hebrew (a Jew). We know this as a fact because we have a detailed lineage provided in Matthew 1 and Luke 3. He was part of the Jewish race. Most likely he would've had an arabic skin coloration like most other middle-eastern Jews. The passage you refer to in the Revelation is symbolic. It says His "head and hair were white like wool, white as snow" and his feet were like "fine brass" as if burned in a furnace. These are symbols for purity about his head and refined judgment in his feet. These are not indicative of his physical appearance. Remember it also says, he was holding stars, flames were coming out of his eyes, and a sword was coming from his mouth. These are symbols.
