WOW! This Poem came to me Synchronistically in the course of my lifelong journey to experience the Christ Consciousness within myself and all Creation and to become a living messenger through which my everyone could learn to experience the Living Christ Within their own Hearts. Thank you for such a wonderful, Heartfelt rendition. As I was listening in the Silence of my Heart, I found my Heart Beating in Resonance with your Heart and I felt the Immensity of the Love that you feel/felt as you are reading this and sharing it with others. I noticed there are only 7 people including me who listened and liked this so far. You and I and others like us have a great challenge before us if we are to be servants of the Great Awakening of Humanity and the Coming of the Kingdom in every Soul. Craig Robert Steele

absolutely. I am constantly humbled by the beauty of the world, and the Christ dwelling inside of each and all of us. And it bothers me so, that so many of us do not feel and experience the layers and depths and heights of the soul. Have you read any of the Christian Mystics?

    • @fisherking2012

@@natalierushing4220 Yes I have read some of the Christian Mystics, but I am familiar with many of them through the works of Matthew Fox a Dominican Priest that wrote THE COMING OF THE COSMIC CHRIST and many related works. He also created an earth centered form of Christian Spirituality called Creation Spirituality that was based upon the works of 12th century mystic Meister Eckhart (i.e. "The Eye through which I See God is the Same Eye through which God Sees Me;" “The seed of God is in us. Given an intelligent and hard-working farmer, it will thrive and grow up to God, whose seed it is; and accordingly its fruits will be God-nature. Pear seeds grow into pear trees, nut seeds into nut trees, and God-seed into God.”) Meister Eckhart read and interacted with other mystics of his time and realized that there was a clear pattern behind their individual and collective experiences of Christ Consciousness. He described this pattern as the Via Postiva; the Via Negativa, the Via Creativa and the Via Transfomativa. Fox's Creation Spirituality is based on this pattern. I have personally correlated this pattern to the Masculine Archetypes of Warrior, Magician, Lover and King as described by Carl Jung and later Jungian psychologists. I do not have time at the moment to explain how this connects, but I am open to whatever further comments you may have regarding this idea. Thank you for responding to my comments. I was truly impacted by your passionate/compassionate rendering of this poem and I would really love to communicate with you and compare the previous and ongoing results of our spiritual journeys with one another. Love and Blessings to you and yours. Craig Robert Steele

@@fisherking2012 Matthew Fox is wonderful! I think he is an Episcopal priest now... not sure. I'm teaching a short intro class to the mystics at my church this October. Not sure about the turnout ~ but Episcopalians are pretty accepting and open to things....we shall see! so glad to meet a fellow sojourner~! The archetype idea is interesting.... you'll have to share more for me to really grasp it though.

@@natalierushing4220 I would be interested in hearing more about your introductory class on the early Christian Mystics...the experiences of the early mystics were historically parallel to the Gnostic and the Cathar movement in France in which people formed communities of people who attempted to live out individually and collectively the 'mystical' or Secret Teachings of Jesus; teachings that many scholars now believe originated with the Essene communities that existed near Jerusalem prior to and during the time when Jesus was born. The Essenes were dedicated to understanding the Mysteries of the Mer-Ka-Bah, or Light Body and there is growing evidence that Jesus spent his so-called lost years, between the age of 12 and the beginning of his mission at age 30 as an initiate of the Essene community. So the early mystics, when seen in this context were also in a similar way exploring the mysteries of the Light Body. I am happy that you are interested in exploring these ideas with me; this forum, however is a bit limited so would it be possible for us to communicate through my Facebook page? I have been sharing my journey and lifelong experiences of the Cosmic Christ/Christ Consciousness on my Facebook page since March 8th of this year. If you go there you can see some of my postings on the dark night of the soul, and various other topics. There are about 130 Craig Steele's on Facebook, but I am listed as Craig Robert Steele. If you send me a Friend Request, we can communicate privately on Facebook Messenger and then perhaps share our email information. Love and Blessings to you and yours.

I have been listening to readings all around the internet of Edna St Vincent Millay's poems recently. You are the absolute BEST of all of them. You capture her own drama and emphasis, mood and humor, and yet without being quite so melodramatic. It's absolutely PERFECT. Thank you, because I really need to hear her words aloud in my life right now.

There is a beautiful poem titled There at Dusk ~ I am not sure if I recorded that one, but it always held great meaning to me. ~ thank you, And I hope you find yourself in your life ~ in a beautiful time, even in the sorrow. ~ peace and love, Natalie
