T3 hair dryer would not turn on. After taking it apart, I discovered the thermal fuse was blown. This video shows what I did to fix it.

Radiomaster TX16s MKII Throttle ratchet FIX
Переглядів 1,3 тис.Рік тому
No matter how much I tighten the throttle springs at the back all I got was smooth throttle. Upon opening the transmitter I found the screw that holds the ratcheting spring is not threaded all the way. I added a spacer (made from 12 gauge wire insulation) so the spring can be tightened down. Alternatively a fully threaded screw or a shorter screw could be used for the same purpose. Product feat...
Outstanding cut quality of Flying Dutchman Ultra #3 Blade scroll blade
Переглядів 4,2 тис.10 років тому
I was looking for a great scroll saw and came across the Flying Dutchman Ultra FD-UR No. 3 blade. Excellent cut quality shown on 1/8" plywood. Very clean cut with minimal/no splintering. Much cleaner cut than the stock blade that came with the machine (Craftsman 16" scroll saw). I don't think I will be sanding after this. Blade #3 featured on this video can be found here: amzn.to/3zyAv3g
Simple and cheap RC Nitro Glow Fuel Filling Station
Переглядів 9 тис.11 років тому
This is a simple idea to use a few nylon zip ties to attach the hand-crank pump to your glow fuel jug for cheap. No drilling, glue or bolting needed. You may need an older style pump with bolt holes at each extreme. However, a little of more zip ties and creativity would go a long way.

Smoothness & Noise Comparison Logitech G25 vs. Momo Force (No Power)
Переглядів 557 тис.17 років тому
Noise/smoothness comparison between the two wheels. Momo Force is higher pitch than G25. G25 has more of a rumble and feels a little granier when turning. G25 turns a little quicker. Both steering wheels are fantastic, but I think the Momo is better suited for Open Wheel (F1) as it feels more refined and has buttons, while the G25 is good for Turismo/GP racing. Both wheels featured in this vide...
Not a good idea to use ratchet on throttle. Very often you may need a throttle setting that is in between the ratchet setting and that is impossible when using the ratchet. This is more required on heli and quads than planes. On heli and Quads the throttle has to be capable of very fine adjustment.
Interesting, I was able to tighten mine up enough to engage he ratcheting. Wonder if my screw had threads all the way up. Been a while since I did mine.
muito bom.
DIDN'T KNW IT'S WAS THAT'S EZ
I've competitively used the same Logitech Momo Force Racing Wheel (Red Edition) for over 20 years. God knows how many hundreds of thousands of miles I've raced using it or how many asses have been kicked and others racers dreams of glory shattered. My eyes are moist just thinking about the sheer driving hours. This wheel is like a friend. I've thought about replacing it 25 times, but nothing feels as good, performs as well and I end up asking myself, "Why?"
it's the spark plugs change then
Good fucking god, my g25 makes the same noise. ='( I really hope it won't get any worse. otherwise I have to buy a dam t500rs
great so what you are telling me is that i have to now count the rotations with a g25
Yes.
Is 22271-0D020 correct for throttle body? All I see online are parts 61128 and 61134. My local autozone mentioned those as well. I have seen nothing about 22271-0D020. Can you clear up my confusion? Thanks.
22271-0D020 is the Toyota Genuine part number for the throttle body gasket. You will only find it at a Toyota dealer.
mine is similar. it idles ok but when in drive it tends to shake more while stopped. it is especially noticeable after refueling. i will be following the recommendations in this video to see if it fixes it.
can the old bulb be removed to replace with led?
This bulb is not standard. Not sure if they make it with a led. As far as swapping the bulb for a 12-14V led it will probably require modding the assembly
@@fabs-shop ah okay kinda late now lol
@@openshot Yeah sorry for my super late reply. For whatever reason I no longer get notified when someone writes a comment. Need to look into this.
@@fabs-shop no worries I've been missing on comments for years lol.
You might be able to find the size online for you particular vehicle. If you don't mind using a generic piece just take the old one to an auto parts store and they could sell you an equal size length and size hose off of a spool. It is a bear to put the new one onto the throttle body even for one like me with small hands. There's just hardly any space to work in there.
Was your Corolla showing signs of reduced power when it was having the whistling sound issue?I have a 2000 corolla thats doing that and im trying to diagnose the problem.
hey everybody I got a question regarding my 2001 corolla, I was changing my PCV valve and I notice that the hose had a small crack and I want to replace it but I do not know the correct size, Can anybody tell me the correct size of the hose for a 01 corolla? also, are all the vacuum hoses that connect to throttle body the same size? I want to purchase the hose online but dont know the size. any help would be awesome thanks..
This sound is normal in the G25? Thanks
G 25
the noise is more than likely the head gasket or the intake if it is high pitch it is moste likely head
But the g25 is ugly as hell, thank god there is a g27
maybe, he likes to drive older cars, like me, instead nowadays le mans cars, i rather drive 80's and 90's cars. the same with f1, back in the day those cars had clutch and h shifter
where can i get that?
Use 1,5 Lockable potentiometer and cut plastic ,,lock"
WAIT! your sayin i can modify any wheel to be able to turn 900 degrees? fuck, tell me now. i have like a old steering wheel with a gameport usb adapter that i use for lfs. right now it only turns 220º. plus where i get pedals and shifter for so low price (with clutch).
Yea, but whati s the problem to make clutch? 20$ for high quality DIY pedals. 900 degree- You can do it for about 0,5-1$. H shifter- DIY high quality, full metal ummm... 30-50$ (much better than this G2X shit)
Today the G25 and G27 are like toys. Now Thrustmaster and Fanatec make the best wheels while Logitech still haven´t released a sucessor to G27.
I thought about getting the G25 (now the G27) but I can't see how it can be that much better. I won't set the game to turn the wheel that far around to lock anyway i'm sure. I'll adjust the game to make it full turn way before spinning the wheel that far to get full steering. Who needs it to turn that far, and does it really help the sensitivity that much? I have been having good luck with my old momo still.
SAME HERE .. it was the damn IAC valve ... whistling on me ... i just sprayed some wd40 in the IAC hole and waited for it to dry.
And what do you need a clutch for when you use a car with a sequential flappy paddle gearbox? I happen to have used both wheels for some time. Momo is my pick and I have some reasons for that. My fav ride in Live for Speed is the MRT5 go-kart and there's nothing better for that kind of vehicle than Momo Force, I can tell you that. Even the turning angle is bang on - 270 deg. - exactly the same as the real thing. To sum things up - G25 is neither better nor worse, it's just different.
Nothing to say, G25 is better all the way
@volcanochr with the g25 you need to turn 900 degrees if you want to turn around (you can install the degrees on the pc like 240 or 180 or 720 but on console only 900) and the logitech momo has only 240 degrees of turning (so it's a bit like rally or f1) and it maybe working on the ps3 (it's licesend for xbox360 and pc) and sorry for bad english i'm dutch you know. :)
hey that intake manifold you got there, what model is that from, i have a 03 corolla and its made out of cheap ass plastic, and i have seen ones that say its 2zz but local junkyards say they have 2zz im's but they are plastic too! me thinks they dun know cars
@TominCZIT but the momo is easier... :)
@TheAidster09 Make yourself clutch- no problem, H-Shifter- Make yourself- bigger problem, but more fun, and more life
I want the momo to put on my g25 :( Can't find one (the red one)
In my Corolla 200 I installed an open air filter and it sound pretty cool after 3000rpm it lets out a whistle something similar like the one you hear with a release valve on a turbo
I got the same exact engine..with mine, when driving around 30- 40mph for about 5 min, when i stop at a red light my engine seems to shake and rumble. But thats only in drive. When i put it in neutral or park it doesnt do that. Any suggestions?
i want a G25 :(
G25 sounds like angry dog
@RanDomeProductions1 Oh shi~ you may check your dealers...G25 is no more in production
@RanDomeProductions1 G25 is not in production lol
@TheAidster09 This momo sucks...I have another model and it completely rules for rally and F1 racings but now I have G27...Can't wait for tomorrow cause I'll test it. But I love my momo still, it was an amazing wheel I loved it. Gave it to my friend so we will face against outselves (:
Very useful, might having the same problem. Does ur car shake @ idle? ty mate
My gen 7 celica is making exactly the same noise, could well be the same problem. This video is extremely useful so thanks very much for posting it and your solution
@gpeasy1 I had a PCV line crack on my 98 Corolla and of course it cracked right by the throttle body fitting. Even my small hands could hardly get in to change it.
its your AC compressor its gonna go out and @ ipswichyangs the intake manifold is stock from OEM but it does make the car preform alot better then with a "normal" because the intake here is the same concept for ATBs and acualy helps with responce times and every cylinder has its own individual port per say
@Netrex44 True. I hate that too, but this wheel is beast.
@wwws78 hehe, cheers mate
@wwws78 THANKS!! do you know where the best place to get one would be??? or is it best to get one from their site??
God i wish they released 900 degrees wheel for the xbox :( wish i had PC
the logitech momo is considered one of the best racing wheels ever made
