And you came to this conclusion based on the 30 second clip you just heard of him talking to his brother? He obviously wasn't trying to sell the seat here. Just bragging about the thing of value he had to a family member. There are hours of tapes, this one is just the most illustrative of the way he viewed the item of value in question. It's called contextual evidence. He engages in conspiracy on other released documents. He was convicted by a jury of peers, and found guilty. This phone call is not the entirety of the evidence they used to remove him from office (the votes of which were unanimous, by the way). You guys shouldn't bend over backwards so hard to defend every Trump action. It looks a bit sycophantic.

@@andrekilpatrick7704 Common sense dictates that because he was convicted, he was found guilty by a jury of his peers, after hearing sufficient evidence to declare him so. Did you personally make arrangements to hear all the evidence? Were you party to the alleged conspiracy? Why would we take your word on it when you aren't party to any of the information involved? Did they find him guilty of using a seat for political favors? Didn't think so. You've repeated the same nonsense many times, but never supported your argument. We call that argumentum ad naseum. It's a style where you simply assert a point over and over hoping people will accept it out of resignation. You're pretty funny, but only if you're not being serious right now.
