Anyone that thinks they need the 800 or 1000 has never owned a 500 or 570. STAY AWAY from the power steering models, they suck. Feels like they wander all over the road, loose steering feel. I had a few regular steering 500's, went with a new power steering model, hated it and sold it 6 months later. Will never own a power steering sportsman ever again.

Any quad has enough power to hurt u if u get to cocky.

They should make it where u you can just swap between it like 2 wd switch over to 4wd instant without having the wheels slip

I have the same year polaris, same thing, if I had to buy again it would not be a polaris, have had starting issues from the get go, new higher cca battery, went on line and discovered this one issue Im having is very very common, along with lots of other issues, just cheaply made imo

Not enough power for plowing. Go 850 or 1000. That will be enough power to to heavy plowing.

There's a little screw you can turn to adjust the highbeam, mine beamed up at the trees to but you can lower the beam, the set screw is right next to the high beam light.

2.5 years later how is it?

Highly suggest holding you phone side ways so you get a screen filled similar to watching a Wide screen TV. Same goes when you take pictures. Holding you phone virtually is old school.

Thanks for the video man. I've never owned an ATV of any kind and am supposed to go pick up a 2018 model Sportsman 570 base for my first ATV tomorrow. It's almost 2 years old and only has 157 miles on it. Wish me luck!

Great job on the review, bud! Just bought a 2019 570 this week. I love it, it’s more than enough bike like you stated. No one needs a 1000 unless you’re pulling stumps. Trust me... a 570 has plenty of power. There’s a $1200 rebate on the 2019’s until December! Go get one!

I got the 2019 Indy red touring for me and the wife and for it being a 570 we can get it up to 58 mph. Completely bone stock and we are not the smallest people either! Definitely great machine for the price just a few minor issues buy completely reliable! Great video love the honest review!

Have the same machine,bought new half year ago.I am in ATVs more then 15 years,got 8 machines,more expensive,more powerful,more trendy,but Polaris Sportsman is simply best machine!Love it!Have heard a lot bad about front diffs,axles,driveshaft,overheating...no single issue in my case.I am pretty sure next time I will buy Polaris again( Sportsman 570 X2!)
