Employees don't usually show up WILLING and CAPABLE. When you do find them you need to keep them happy and engaged. Do you want to help the WILLING become CAPABLE? Would you like to convince the UNWILLING/CAPABLE to get back in the game? Then you will enjoy the resources here. At Working Well we focus on tools and resources to teach problem solving skills that equip employees to act like they own the place.

Great ideas. I wish the Internet would loose and forget this video format.
What size lag bolts did you use?
a 5/8 bolt seems pretty light . but , can't tell what your using it on so maybe its ok . good luck
It was a platform made to look like a ship for 3 small pirates. Not a home like they do on TH Masters. The six bolts exceeded the need for the small load.
I would not use it!
Oh hell NO! Your assumption that your anchor only needs to hold up a couple hundred pounds is ignorant! Just the wood when it’s wet or snow is on it will weigh a couple hundred pounds on each bolt. So I guess no human beings are going to be in your treehouse! Second you obviously have no idea what sheer force is and how it Will destroy your bolt. Third you obviously have no idea how much of the bolt needs to be inside the tree past the bark and the cambium layer. You might not even understand what the cambium layer is. You must remove this video from UA-cam because otherwise the blood will be on your hands!!!
Interesting. Thanks
Great interview! Thank you!
Accident waiting to happen.
Working quite well 2 plus years
@@docellis6866 I would have to agree with Thomas. Being an engineer I would never use this grade of bolt or that type of thread for wood. This would be good for some applications but terrible for a tree house. "Accident waiting to happen" is putting it kindly.
people not exposed to theory of structural analysis and mechanics of materials won't understand how this is playing with luck.
how are these working for you?
