Why does the Pro Breeze model has no defrosting function or am I wrong?

Good review, I've just bought the pro breeze model. it seems ok. Only use it to dry clothes, so fingers crossed will be good. One problem we've found with compressor dehumidifiers is longevity. Our ecoair mini dessicant, has outlasted a delonghi, a meaco (that was £250 plus😢) and an ecoair compressor dehumidifier over a decade old!

I have the probreeze model. I noticed the unit shakes or vibrates when turning on and off. I dunno if its normal but I didn't notice on the video. Is anyone experiencing same?

The only angle that matters is the angle between the sharpening stone and the knife! The angle between the clamp holder and the bench is not relevant.

Can you help with the automatic mode is it goid to use what is it best used for?

Thanks my mode button doesn't give any options only auto so mow I know it's faulty. Pro breeze have been horrendous no contact didn't offer to replace I've been contacting them for 2 days. They have not offered to pick it up. 😢 anyone know if the mode button can be fixed ?

That slurp when ending sentences, tzmak...is so annoying to hear. You should try to avoid it, its terrible to hear every few seconds.

Is it essential to have the airfilter? Mine came without one (the Trotec equivalent). Wire mesh in the flap but no filter behind it.

Cheers for that, helped me a lot with that Trotec. Where I live, that exact one has been rebranded as Gorenje (albeit 20 litre) but otherwise identical machine and I struggled to find a review in English so this helped a lot in terms of functionality and noise volume.

Regarding the noise of the Pro Breeze, I read in some reviews in Amazon that despite having a lower noise it has a very annoying high pitch noise (similar to a continuous cricket). I think I could hear it at the end of the high mode test in your video, but I wanted to ask you if you could confirm that, and if the Trotec has this sound as well.

I'm really pleased with this! I don't know how long it will last before the grit wears away, but I wouldn't mind having to replace it every once in a while.

Hi, I have seen this for sale in a Facebook advert. The company is advertising these for £16.99 which seems far too good to be true so I can't help thinking it's a scam. The fact you paid €130 makes me even more convinced it's a scam so I think I will avoid ordering one

Really good review i'll had to buy a kit off amazon as the company "Airtender" does not list (Great Britain , England or the UK ) in they address listings thurs stopping anyone from ordering this kit from the UK.🤷‍♂ i had Email them to ask them why (As every other country in the world is listed) Very Strange 🤔

This thing is total junk. Youhave to tighten everything with pliers or it falls apart and it is difficult to establish the angle and then when you flip the blade you have to rest the angle or it will be off by a couple of degrees. The stones are decent enough and mine came with an extra set of unmounted ones. It is a pain to mount your blade in the clamp with all the set screws. This is a total piece of garbage and I'm glad I didn't pay more than $25 for mine. I now use the Worksharp Precision Elite and with a few inexpensive aftermarket accessories and a good set of bonded diamomd stones, and a kangaroo leather strop, it is a gem and simple and easy to use and sharpens any knife to a surgical sharp edge. Don't waste your money on this Ruixon Pro. Just buy a couple of inexpensive stones and sharpen by hand.

This is great for the average person. Nobody is going to spend $600+ on a Wicked Edge, Edge Pro or KME to sharpen $30 worth of Walmart knives.

My parents had those 20 years ago. I think I order a set... I tend to never empty a bottle in one go. And with the punchtool it is nice to have for experimenting with vacuumbags and epoxy.

Thx for the measurements and comparison. Edit: ordered two of the Pro Breeze 12liter models. After plenty reading and comparing they seem to be the best choice for me noise-wise and efficiency-wise. In general the smaller units (meaning 12liter instead of 20, 30 or 50 liter) are more quiet because they displace less air, as apparently the fanblades and the air rushing over the grills is a main source of noise. On paper they perform better then the larger models, when you calculate the Watts per liter needed to extract the liters capacity at 30C and 80%RV. Two small units are more quiet then one larger unit.

Great vid! Just an FYI, the ProBreeze PB-18 does have a removable filter. In the UK ones at least. The manual states: • To remove the air filter, first remove the water tank from the body of the unit so you can reach the filter. Pull out the filter from the bottom rear of the unit.

Compressors are better for warmer spaces and will not work in cold places whereas the desiccant type is made for cold rooms likes garages, conservatories and cellars in winter. Both are good for the purpose they are made for.

These have some great festures, majorly let down by fact they are not rechargable!

My Ruixin is HORRIBLE. There is a 4º difference between the A side and the B side. The clamp is so poorly designed that three of m folding knives slip out of alignment before I can finish an edge. I can do a better job Free Hand. Do not buy this junk.

You need to make one sweep across the blade not 3 and you need to go against the knife edge not with the knife edge when you sharpen

Tried to shim the small screws with washers. Still didn’t work . I own 2 of these Ruixin’s. They are both off 3 to 4 degrees on the flip. Also you should have mentioned, this exact product is being sold under many names. Anywhere from $38 on Amazon To Wasabi for $130. Same exact product. You may have noticed Wasabi has omitted the Comments Section . Wonder Why ,Hmmm !!
