@@Trini-ck4mc you probably already know but I'll say it anyway. I'm a bit rusty as I've left camp camp but here: The theory their saying is that the wolf symbolizes David's assaulter. Whatever he says is what he wishes to say, "I told you to go." "I told you to go, and you didn't listen" and this is a kind of closure that he never got. It was also theorized that Mr. Campbell or that old ass guy who's on the FBI list is David's assaulter, but David is oblivious of that fact as he idolized up to him. Even when he was a kid. I don't know what started this theory as basing it on that scene is a bit of a stretch, but yeah.
Finally I was bored. It was awsome. I love David and his angsts. 😭
