I really like what you did to this. Not just the cab, but the horns and lights, I think those set it off. I have on one my channel, but I plan on doing a few more when I get caught up with the group builds lol

That looks great! - Hmm..1 axle on that. I'll have to try that as I have an original racer's wedge kit that is missing the rear wheels. When you said "A Surprise", I thought you were going to tell me you got a factory accurate Ford straight 6 engine under the hood.

Bro, I think you did a great job...My 1st kit was a disaster, but I stayed with it..I've been modeling over 40 years and try new techniques that I have learned from old & new school modelers..I just wired my 1st engine, so you can learn at anytime in your modeling adventures.

You did a good job on your first one. Your builds will get even better the more you build. Keep on building!

We were all beginners once and are at different points in our hobby journey. Leaning and growing as we try new things. I really like the idea of building the same kit to show your progress as a builder.

Don t be ashamed of your first build . You did a good job . Try finding a modeling club .. ipms or a car modeling club.look at different build channels too

Strange but, it does seem to be about owning the kits over building them. Like a hobby shop. There is a thrill looking at many kits. All good ones to me. All primo interest subjects.

Cal Drag Combo is cool. $83.99 with GST/HST = $95.75. - Probably did that to make it easy to keep track of when selling. Pick a price and reverse the tax so it ends up "Right" at the till. Touch Tone Terror is cool. Too bad about the Phone Booth though. - Wish they also made 3 Stooges figures for the Model T instead of cardboard cut-outs. I'd love to get some of those Highway Pioneer sets. They were always around when I was a kid, so back then I never picked them up...but now, I sure want them. Is Denny a big figure sort of like an Ed Roth Monster kit?
