After the Mayor of Bedford, Tom Wotton, put spades in the ground to mark the official start of construction at start of December, we return to capture how construction has progressed over the last month. So far, not much has happened as work continues on the 2 platform Thameslink Station that is expected to serve Bedford knowing that if the plans are approved for the Universal Studios Theme Park that a new 4 platform station will be built instead.
