Getting mine next week
Awesome. Let me know if you have any issues with it.

Hey, thank you so much
Can you do a second video about the upstairs
Here’s a video of the full walk-through. The upstairs is shown there. We're back in our house !! ua-cam.com/video/kmW6icgVegI/v-deo.html
I had a house fire at my abandoned house had already had a flood before. My dad turned on the electricity to get the heat going and then he had these big tanks and he wanted to empty them and maybe a little bit of oil slipped out, when in the basement and then the pump turned on and then it caused a reaction with the electricity in the whole basement caught on fire and there was not many salvageable things because the fire was so big.
I am so sorry to hear about your fire. I'm glad you're safe though!
these fence fixers smoke ounces of meth and work on their “rigs” all night then flash cows all day
that’s not how they do it in wyoming, tex
Good thing I’m in Texas huh ??😂
that “rig” is a masterpiece of afroengineering that rivals the ideas of any potheads creative mind
Yaokay
Thanks for the video!
@@randa1179 thank you I hope it helped.
I'm trying to do the same thing with same box can you give me that part number for those shocks
@@waylonloren1448 I’ll get you the website. You have to enter all your data for them too. Calculate what you need.
Temple Thomas mine is the same box that you have 5ft from tractor supply I need the same struts that you have
You should try out the welder magician fr shirts
So glad somebody else notices this with the western welder shirts. I have several as well and have different spacing with the pockets. I’ve also notice that some are longer than others (I’m a short guy), and some are more roomy in the chest. I also have had to have multiple conversations with the customer service people there, and as you said they are less than helpful, and sometimes never respond. With that in mind, triple check all your sizing before ordering because you also have to pay the return shipping, even if you are not to blame for the issue. I too, think they are a quality shirt, but all their products as a whole, definitely are lacking in the QC area.
I hear ya on the inconsistent sizing and customer service. They definitely need to step up their game.
Mine does not suck sand POs do not buy
Im a beginner and im gonna start with stick welding and im concern what should i wear, and not sure if i should order bigger just to make sure i can fit my winter jacket … any advice or recommendations¿
Make sure you’re wearing all cotton. The Wrangler brush popper type I have in here or the black stallion denim fire resistant are really good choices. But a lot of people wear in the winter time because a hoodie over the shirts and then the hoodie can also double to cover your head instead of a welding cap and keep your ears warm as well as protected.
Thank you, at the welding institute they only required me sleeves basically but i feel like i gonna burn tru a few shirts as well as pants, not sure if bibs could be an option either
@@christianbueno9579bibs are a good option my company supplies bibs to the welders. Get a nice shirt. Any of these will work. I don't recommend a sweatshirt like the other guy but it can be done. Like he said cotton whatever it is. I have found sweatshirt have areas to catch stuff you will burn holes in them. You gotta think cutting torches, plasma cutters, grinders not just welding. It's not always you it could be the next guy catching you on fire.
great vid, does it do compound cuts?
@@ryantroy6980 No, the head does not tilt in that direction
Man this truck looks 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨
Thank you so much I really really appreciate that
Awesome video where can I get a long sleeve like that?
It’s made by Western Welder. Go to www.westernwelderoutfitting.com/
Thanks for the video. I have a PrimeWeld 225 sitting on that exact same cart and plan to add a water cooled torch. You've given me some excellent ideas. Much appreciated.
Awesome truck man, love it!
Can you put a link to the torch you got I’m trying to complete the exact setup I just got the same innercooler
Can you do a video about the buckskin shirt?👕
Sure, is there anything specific you want to know?
Did you ever finish this project? I couldn’t find part 2. I have been thinking of doing this for my company. Just doing research.
We did put a really nice wrap/paint jump on it. We didn’t do anything to the interior she used table set ups and shelving to go to markets. People didn’t really get on the bus very much for shopping so we were pretty disappointed in it. We actually are on the process of selling it right now, so I’m happy with how it worked out. I could show you some pictures of it butBeyond insulating it and cleaning it all up and then doing the wrap. That’s all we did besides some mechanical tuneup. If you have questions, let me know.
@@TempleThomas - I would love to see pictures of how far you got.
@@traceyn67 I’ll get what I can get on the insulation. I got the inside insulated it never really worked out very good for what we’re gonna use it for so we end up selling it.
How did you feel about the coverage efficiency! Im assuming you are limited to the spray nozzle degree tip
What shade of auto darking and Cheater lens fit in it . Wendy website says fixed lens and Cheater lens only .
@@jryc5566 when I got my Wendy’s, they were actually three options available. The adjustable auto darkening is the thickest box and that’s what I have. I use a single shade auto darkening and then a course of cheater lens. I have both TruArc and ArcIne lenses in about a shade 10 to 11
Great video. Thanks!
@@ctdmowing thanks I appreciate it. Update coming soon !
Great video and beauty set up! I have a 2007 chev single wheel one ton with a deck. Pretty bare bones compared to yours as I do strictly pipe fabrication & pipeline. And maybe a casing bowl here and there. Gave me lots of good ideas! Thanks for the informative video. You gained a subscriber
You Sir are a pure Genius! From one Mobile rig welder to another… your truck is by far the best put together, and organized piece of artwork I’ve ever seen! I am waiting on my pipe liners cloud umbrella. Ordered it today.. I know how important it is to not get too hot.. out here in Oklahoma it gets hot all summer long as you know. I have been rigging my truck out slowly but surely. Constantly moving things around but eventually I know it will all work out. Much respect sir!!!
@@godwinwelding7172 hey I really appreciate that it means a lot. You were going to absolutely love that umbrella. It sure makes a heckuva difference on those blue sky days. I’m making a few modifications and I’m gonna do an update video here soon.
I had a terrible experience with western welder I bought two FIRE RETARDANT from them in extra large they fit tight when I raised my arms so I contacted them prior to returning them for a larger size so when told me yes to ship them back for exchange to a New Jersey address I returned them on my dime I return them back in January of 2024 it’s July 2024 and now they are supposed to refund me my money back after six months you can’t contact them by phone it’s almost feels like you are trying to gain access to a restricted area don’t buy from these guy I think they are have their shirt made overseas probably in CHINA OH YEA ALSO WHEN SOMEONE CONTACTS YOU BE EMAIL ITS SOMEONE NAMED CLOSET QUEEN
Wow, I know that. Sorry to hear about all that trouble lot of pain and that sucks.
You should do a workshop tour.
OK, I’ll get on it
Well put together truck only thing i didnt see you talk bout is a small first aid. Bandade, twezers for medal splinters, TUMS, ibuprofen etc. You have to be 💯 along with the truck
@@Austin-bw1wz you’re right I did not mention that I do keep a bottle of Pepcid in the door and I have a first aid kit in the center console up under everything. I forgot to mention.
awesome rig, I like the little rod oven idea, the dryer the rods really helps my welds
Thanks a lot I appreciate that
Slick
Thanks !!
Awesome truck man 💪🏾
Thanks 👍
That is one of the most organized welding rigs I’ve ever seen besides Issac’s , freaking awesome man I certainly dig it 🤙🏻🤙🏻😊
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. It means a lot. I did take a lot of inspiration from him. As I said in the video he is definitely one. We could all learn some from.
I’ve been watching Issacs Chanel almost since the beginning and he is a master of his craft for sure 👍 I also subbed to yours because I really enjoy watching guys with their 💩 together that care about their appearance and presentation and not doing a quality job every time is not an option. I am a sponge for knowledge and apply bits and pieces of it or all of it to my own work and you guys don’t know how much I appreciate y’all sharing this information with us 😊😊
Purchased the 900 and drilled 90 holes in 1/2" first time I used it. Worked flawless for me with no issues. Keep the videos coming.
Thanks !! Wow that was some work !!!

Nice rig man !!! Professional for sure!!!
Im so sorry for your loss <3
Thank you so much ❤
Really nice Rig setup
Thanks, I was wondering how to hook this up to my machine (if it was even possible) and what I would need. I don’t have a gas solenoid on my machine so I guess I just hook the gas hose up to the regulator? I had to get an adapter to run a gas cooled torch off a DINS connector that also allowed me to hook up a gas line to the regulator. I will that same adapter work for a water cooled torch?
Dam nice setup. very efficent.
Thank you so much !
Probably the most useful and organized truck put together with run of the mill, buy anywhere storage. I actually like this a lot more than the pipeliner style custom built beds
Hey, thanks a lot. I really appreciate that. I definitely put a lot of time, thought, and planning into this.
this is insane. i've never felt less like a man than after watching this. im finishing up my 4 years in the service and headed back to the chicago land area where im going to go to a welding school, and would eventually like to move to indiana and start ideally pipeline welding, but honestly any kind of welding to get started with. amazing video, thank you
Great video and results look great on your pressure washer! My experience was not great with the same Amazon sand blaster attachment - could not get the media to siphon into the water jet. I am using 80 Grit Garnet and a Professional Karcher rated at 2200 psi and about 2.2 GPM - maybe this is not sufficient??? The Amazon dirt blaster came with no instructions or spec(!) I will try again tomorrow and make sure the media hose is on top
Brian, I think 2200 PSI & 2.2 GPM isn't man enough for the job. Yet I could be wrong. I've only got a 2.5GPM but I've got 3700 PSI on my machine I've just borrowed this machine to do a small amount of work. Truth be told you need about 3000 PSI + 4 GPM for these ideas to work AFAIK. The pressure washers with a Honda GX390 engine usually give 4GPM + 3800PSI. ua-cam.com/video/dWUhw1X9tn4/v-deo.html Dangar Stu has a few ideas too..
Back back piece of diamond plate over your license plate you should make that hinge pop out with a leg support have a 8-foot table to work on
BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much
Does anyone ever get hassled for not having a secured load when it comes to your material bin or stands/hoses/cords that aren’t tied down?
so far I've not yet (fingers crossed). But anytime I have long materials in the bed they're strapped down and flagged.
Hey! I would love to see the final product. How did it turn out?
Dude said fuck the welder, I’m going to make my truck cool… then slaps a 250 on it with a harbor freight compressor 😂😂
Yup I’m not rollin 300 amps all day nor arc gouging like I said. It suits my need for now but I have the capability to expand

Very nice Ute mate. Little thing I would mention is maybe add a first aid kit
Very good point, sorry I didn't mention it - there's one in the center console.
