LG WIFI TURNED OFF ISSUE. DO NOT ORDER ANY PARTS....SIMPLE FIX I PROMISE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CHANGING SETTING OR RESETTING....IT'S A BENT RIBBON CABLE ISSUE!!! ***If possible and safe, keep plastic cover off of TV.

I will be doing this tonight. Just been sick of _Wifi cable is unplugged_ and _Wifi is detected_ notifications.
Seems to work. Just make sure after that if you are using the cable, it is well seated.

I was having this same issue starting yesterday. It got worse the more I tried to stay connected. I did what you showed in this video. The only other thing I did was remove the connector from the wifi module and clean the connections as well as un kicking the wires. So far so good! Thanks for this!
Bro i also straight them out. But on my tv this fix my wifi issue for a while. About 3-4 month i start to have the same problem again . Is it the same on your tv or you fixed only once and it never happened again ?
I did have the problem. I had to eventually leave the back off, and I no longer had issues
Dude you’re a life saver. I had this TV in my sons room and this was the only thing that work. The cables were super bent once I put straight them out it worked.
I'm going to try it because I'm definitely getting that message. But my question is, if it has never been opened, how did the wires get the crimps in them

You can also change you’re country Goto setting general location then anything other than us then when it reboots just change it back to usa
That is incorrect and will NOT fix the issue. I did this before and finally made this video because it is a hardware(ribbon cable issue).

LG sucks ASSSSSSSSSSSSS no help from them an like 100 vids from great dudes like yourself. I did reset in everthing else.. unbend wire check be last resort before I use it for a target!

Why does this work? It looks like a workaround for a defective TV.
Oddly, I tried everything except cracking the thing open. Nothing worked. But after I unplugged and wven went to factory resets, although that didn't work, after I tried to use mirrorcast (which failed because it also needs a wi-fi connection) I went back to connect to wi-fi and there was my router. i.e. It now works...

Omg 2023 and this video is so helpful 😅 My LG 55 was a pain in the ass the magic control did not work and wifi and even the cabe keeping disconnecting 😞 so I did that cable management and so it’s working perfectly 😆
