@ayeeitscurly5116 the setup is pieced together over a few weeks to basically be a simple wire to switch and battery with in line positive fuse. I researched videos on UA-cam on how to wire lights with a switch on a motorcycle it's quite simple honestly. It would take me a while to do that video.

@jackbauer-laier7940 never once has it fell down. Fast way makes a really solid kick stand alot of ppl use them. Has very positive engagement when setting in place springs really strong.

@xiaopingHarris it's decent I've dropped and crashed the bike a few times with no real damage to the light and plastic. It's flexible, if tabs brake nothing zip ties can't fix

@mikepierson5239 nope they're too low of output, only work for like a super low watt headlight. They only make 25w stators. Be cool if someone would make a 80-100 watts, eline used to years ago not anymore.

@ yep, but your YZ can be converted into that very bike. All you need is to change first gear and I think 3rd gear. You’ll need to trim the right side engine case so the bigger 3rd gear will fit without rubbing. You could do it or have a shop do it. It wouldn’t cost that much. I own these bikes because I rebuild dirt bikes and own 6 of them. 04 CR500AF, and an 07 CR250AF the AFs were 04 CRF450 roller and an 07 CRF250 roller. The CR250 engine is a 96 cr. The 02-07 CR250 were the worst designed CRs that Honda ever built due to the electric powervalve which failed every now and then. If you wanted to buy a new servo motor for that powervalve hey no longer make them so in the US you can’t buy them. Folks I’ve called in Australia don’t want or can’t ship them to Hawaii where I live.

@johnmanfra4224 the 22-24mm should work anything bigger would be overkill. Clean out the jets and check the float , don't leave gas sit more than a month it will junk up , or use ethanol free gas

@hennomeyer3236 it's been great. About 30 hrs on it. The only issue i had was my fault after installation of my new clutch basket n plates. The slave cylinder needed to be preloaded with a different spacer that came in the kit. 👍

Is the clutch pull lighter than stock cable?

13oz flywheel weight, macdaddy racing ebay. Sure is loads of fun i had a 450 4 stroke before it was way too much bike this is my 3rd 250 2 stroke mx bike used for woods use. Light just enough power and torque with the head fww right gearing and tires it's a blast.

Check the plug type i basically made my own harness from scratch using a kit on Amazon wires adapters. Mounting bolts won't be the same you'd have to make a custom bracket most likely. sheet metal or aluminum.

@notoriusmuskle1912 tusk radiator fan kit they sell. Got it used on ebay works well it is digital with automatic temp switch. I have a small antigravity battery under the seat.
