WAY TOO MUCH WORK, just remove the inner splash guard and can remove all that stuff with out taking headlight assembly and bumper off. Just need a Philip screw driver but with a 1/4 inch ratchet to remove the 4 screws. I have done this on 2 QX 60’s with no issue. Bumper removal NOT NEEDED.

Nice video my friend, but the description should say "How to diagnose a Fuel pump Driver Module", because if the driver module is working then You need to do more testing to find out why the fuel pump isn't working cause you could have power going to and from the FPDM and still not have the pump working which could be a real pain especially if you have a bad connection at the pump. first thing if you don't hear the fuel pump is check and make sure the fuses and relay are working cause they're easy to get to and if any of those are bad you wouldn't have power at the driver module anyway like others have asked. Thanks!

Gaskets needed?

Every time I install wiring harness, I forgot one of the purple ground wires goes to an actual ground on the truck and one goes to a ground on the solenoid, cuz the same issue no controller power

Someone tell me how they got away with selling this junk to the public...? Not one junkyard has a replacement on hand, not one parts store has one to sell...! If these steering devices are this bad they should be recalled, and replaced with one that holds up while driving...! At least eBay had one for me to order...! (Hopefully it will last at least a year)

I would have power washed the pinion area first, clean it up so its easier to work, not as messy, did you torque the pinion nut downs?. Plus ,,using brake cleaner can be damaging to the new seal...power wash it would be safer..

Disculpa tengo una 2007 ford f150 harley davidson supercharger me sale el codigo p0191 del sensor de la gasolina que esta en los rieles de combustible. Ya cambie ese sensor se cambio el modulo de gas y tambien la bomba de gasolina pero sigue saliendo el p0191 y la camioneta se apaga. Antes me tronaba el fusible de la bomba de combustible pero eso lo corregi y ahora el problema es ese. Sabras que puede ser?
