I was feeling a bit of a ranty pants so I decided to let my frustrations with ADHD come out in the open. ADHD is not an easy thing to live with for anyone, but late ADHD diagnosis can do so much harm to you as a person it can make life incredibly hard at times. So to all my ADHD adults out there, stay spicy, have a good rant and get it off your chest.

Masking your ADHD is when you consciously or unconsciously hide it from other people, so when you unmask it, you are showing your awesome self. So why is unmasking your ADHD like taking off your bra? You'll have to watch the video to find out!
