SOME NOTES: This was our FIRST time ever seeing Kael'thas's 5th phase, and we were ecstatic... and then this happened. I started recording approx. 20-30 secs after we realized there was a serious bug occurring, but it was unchanged from when it started until what you see. He just stayed in the air, never came down.
