Hi Thank you for your video! What is whole wheat flour? The flour used in this viddeo looks very white and a lot like refined white wheat flour! Is whole wheat flour the same as wholemeal flour? The wholemeal flour I use at home is brown and looks quite different to the flour ysed in the video. You could use 3 bananas and chopped raisins to sweeten the cake instead of adding maple syrup. Why have you added baking soda and baking powder when you already put 2 eggs? If you put eggs in a cake there is no need to add chemical powder raising agents too like baking soda and baking powder.

Can I add jaggery instead of the maple syrup

Please speak in an even tone as it’s hard to understand what the instructions are; it turns out well but it was at least 3 cuos of water to be added. When you speak and raise your vice it’s hard for someone with a hearing problem to understand

Instead of maple can use 3-4th cups of dates or 7...8 dates along with yogurt instead of curd
