How did you find torquing and removing the flywheel bolt as its spec is 70nm I’m worried it could shear the bolt holding the engine locked in at tdc

Merci, j’ai remonté mon roulement à l’envers du coup quand le rotor tourne il est en roue libre, il est pas entraîné par la roue libre… du coup Le roulement est à supprimer… 127€ le roulement + 5 jours pour recevoir la pièce 😅

Hi! Excellent video. So I bought a new clutch and measured the pack without the 1 mm end plates and it measured 26.2 mm whilst the minimum for my bike is also 26.4 mm as well. Therefore the pack measurement must include the outer 1mm plates. If you don’t include them you’ll always be replacing your clutch and most certainly unnecessarily.

Great video. Question. Can the seal behind the stator be removed without splitting the whole engine. I’ve an oil leak on my ktm 250 causing charging failure. Can only think leak is from that seal

2023 One of the best tires I've ever ridden on. Most trails I ride have a mixture of dry, muddy and rocks. I've been able to track out of deep ruts. I even run as high as 16PSI in the mud - That's 1.1 Bar for the rest of the WORLD lol.

I had an issue with the controller/display not working. It appears that there's a 5 year life span on the internal battery. And since it's a sealed unit, will need to be replaced. Part #: 732-S00 was what I needed. It's not available in NZ for another 8 months!.....so I just ended up wiring in a manual switch. See how much of a PITA that is.....if too much, I'll shell out for a whole new kit. Thanks for posting your diagnostics! :)

what type did you test? cause there Hard, Medium, Soft and Super Soft...

Is the cuntrol unit tern on the fan ?

Did you say 2013? I have 2013 350 excf and want to replace the clutch and rubber dampers. Just not sure which clutch holding tool I need. Some are bike specific plus not even sure what type of clutch I have yet. DDS or the multiple springs setup

Aloha from Hawaii! Mahalo for the video. I have a 2012 ktm 350 xcf. Think I may have the same problem. My E-start will crank but won’t turn over, and my kick start feels like it’s spinning all the gears including the torque limiter gear. I removed the torque limiter gear and my kick start worksite bike will run. I was hoping you could shed some light on my problem. I’m thinking the torque limiter bushings are shot and that’s why it won’t work. However I think it’s more then just that. Could you help please?
