Переглядів 2,6 тис.12 років тому
Sweetwater Spectrum, a new residential community in Sonoma, California, is a critical first step in a concept that can be reproduced around California and the U.S. The design specifically addresses the needs of adults challenged with autism. The first residents are expected to be settled in by January 2013.

so cool!! a lot to learn form .
Beautiful design! Looks so easy to get around!
I volunteer at a place in England that is about to become a centre for independent living, hoping to eventually find work there, in the area of independent living products. I would love where i volunteer to get anywhere near as good as this place seems to be, im definitely going to share this video with people there. that ramp is fantastic!!
I'll share with our group of discussion about inclusion and accessibility at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Fantastic the Ed Roberts Campus. Hope we can get there.
Shared this video with the director of National Disability Services in Chile... one could hope ...
I feel a great sense of pride to be working with colleagues at WID and with colleagues of other agencies in this historic and world class center. This video was extremely well made and shares the vision and spirit of renewal, community and strength.
Agree! Beautiful. This so much reminds me of the Guggenheim Museum in NYC - was that accessible too? As an advocate for all with hearing loss and deafness, we hope this can be mentioned in another film too - e.g. wireless for good access to speech to text (real time on site or remotely; captioning inclusion for all events; etc. cheers to your center! ls/ccac
