I think it's crafted. V parts - Heavy bardiche head and the two other are prob reinforced oaken great axe handle and the pommel is hard to guess

Pretty sure one of the Empire leaders wears it. Might’ve gotten it from after battle loot if he managed to take him out
It very might be a helmet from the Open Source Armory mod. It has a lot of armor pieces, including old greek helmets (like spartan ones).
I mean, pretty well disciplined to stay in formation taking that for that long.
