Whats the different between bitterness and frustration? as I understand it, bitterness is frustration for a long time while frustration is more of a temporary thing. So i'm kinda confused to how they are two "not self" signatures for two separate types... seems like kind of the same thing

What about a manifester generater?

Hi. I read here on another channel in the comments that there are more profile roles or so called role gates. Is there any information about these? I understand they influence our behavior more than anything else in human design. But for some reason there is very little information about it.

Okay, so this is weird. I am a generator with a defined root-throat center and spleen. In the video, you said only manifestors typically have the throat center defined. So, what does that mean?

I'm 2/4 manifestior. I'm struggling with the hermit and the opportunist. I don't get out enough and I need friends and a community. But I don't leave my house for days on end.

I am a 6/2 splenic projector and gymming followed by sauna for me is amazing. But when I gym I dont follow any strict routine, I just do what feels good, and I listen to music and move to rhythms. It literally awakens every part of me❤

Just adding in my experience. I notice when I try too hard to share my wisdom/truth with someone, it isn't well received. When it happens spontaneously, I can feel the exchange of energy happening. So true about waiting for people to come to you

This video has given me more peace of mind that I’m on the correct path. I thought I was manifesting. I quit my job and sat down to do nothing 2 years ago. Invitations to work as a project manager came and now my boss has transitioned me to work on process improvement, which is not what I was hired to do, but it is my talent and passion! I have been noticing that forcing myself to engage people is draining for me, and uncomfortable for them. When I’m quiet and not giving much attention, people invite me to conversation or discussion.

I feel the best when I Work 2-3 hours per day. I need nourishment food, and rest. Yoga, meditation. When I vibe with someone I knew at the beginning of the relationship it's just a flow. I do not like initiating, I try to keep the balance between that. I feel the best when someone initiates a meeting. It feels natural. Having and comfy bed is so important to me. ❤
