Just as I was stopping to try to do nothing, an ad popped up and began playing. I feel it would be more beneficial to only have these play before the guided semi supine begins and not allow interruption with ads. 😊

Thank you for saying this. Obviously the interruptions of ads are not nice, to say the least. Unfortunately this is beyond my control, since UA-cam earns money with ads and the only way to get rid of ads is for UA-cam watchers to subscribe to UA-cam premium. On my part I can turn ads off or put them only at the start or end only if I have many views/subscribers and only if I earn money with my youtube channel (whcih I don't). So unfortunately I cannot help prevent the ads from playing.

@Vaibhav 1 :) Thank you for this question. Jesus could have saved Himself, yet He chose to suffer and die in our place because of His love for us. Matthew 26 53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? 54 But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? Romans 5 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

@Vaibhav 1 Your beliefs stem from somewhere, either something you read, something that was told to you, or by something that you have experienced or witnessed in your life and you have placed your faith in that thing or thing's. God has given us all a measure of Faith and free will to choose to do what we will with that faith. I have chosen by process of elimination to believe God and my eternal destination is secure because of that, not to mention the way that my life has drastically changed by incorporating God's principles and teachings. I have read a plethora of books, I actually enjoy reading. Who better to feed my brain then the Creator; God Almighty who formed it.
