The reason (not confirmed obv) that most characters we saw in 1.0 used american accents is likely due to the fact in waay back in beta days, kuro had a different VA company that they hired, so maybe they didnt want to change how it sounds too much from how it used to be when they changed to an english VA company. 1.1 and forth is more lenient because we didnt have any prior reference of the characters to begin with. Funnily enough, most of them that we saw alrdy dont have the accent to begin with so its also easier for them to shift the choices of VA lmao. I do love how they are not restricting them much anymore. Scar's VA also spoke about how he was given a lot of freedom on how to sound like too so there's that. Also I love how you said it reminds you of re:zero cause i think its more of a howl's moving castle/ghibli vibe

I want to point out that those 4 star weapons synergizes greatly with shorekeeper because you want to use your outros or intros, whatever it was. The sword could be a nice middleground for sanhua for damage and being able to do her outro instantly after using skill, ult and then heavy attack
